I do my pickles like this... drain, put in bowl, add eggs and flour. Blend well with wood spoon..it should be kind of thick...then , dip in flour mixture with seasoning??? Salt herbs ? What ever you like. Then slowly drop in heated oil. Flip until browned. Yum . Dip in sauces whatever you like. I like ranch.

😋🥒 I have crazy amount of cucumbers grown in my garden this year so I will do a couple jars of sliced pickles then when ready I will make some of your fried pickles
Quick Question…. I wonder if there is a way to freeze them 🤔??
So if we only want few one night
That I could just take it out of the freezer and heat up in oven or air fryer 🤔

It’s a mix of ranch, bbq sauce and a few other ingredients. It’s really good with these pickles.
Just stir all of these ingredients together
      Dipping Sauce
      2 Tablespoons Ranch dressing
      1 Tablespoon BBQ sauce
      1 teaspoon ketchup
      1 teaspoon mayonnaise
      Dash tabasco sauce

@@SugarSpunRun I've been doing a more healthy version with breadcrumbs and egg wash. I almost never have buttermilk in my fridge because it always goes to waste since I only use it for brining. I recently tried an all purpose flour + cornmeal + water + spices batter that came out amazing.
anyways, it's pretty simple, prepare the pickles however you want and then throw them in for 10 mins at 400F. As long as you don't overcrowd, you don't have to flip them.

Absolutely not. Wayyyy too labor intensive and time consuming. 3 minutes is the most it should ever take to make enough for 4 people. You skewer whole pickles, dip them in batter, never flour, and deep fry like a corndog.

@@SugarSpunRun It's not a matter of flavor, it's a matter of time. I can make 20 times more in half the time and be just as flavorful or more flavorful.
