When i was kid , on the broadwalk down the shore there was this as they called it SPIN ART. your were given diff colors in a squeeze bottle. There was this flat white square paper on a high speed turn table which you added your colors. As it spun it mixed the color to make beautiful designs. Same principle as this video.
