What recommendations do you have when dealing with canned beans?
Please see my comment above for detailed advice complete with full instructions! 🤔🤗
Don't buy can, make at home.
Beans,beans,good for your heart. 😀
When ever you are making chili, always rinse the dark red kidney beans several times in a colander till you see the water is absolutely clear and not foaming or making any bubbles! By doing just that, this will absolutely make your chili "poot proof"!🙄😳😯🥺👍🤗
Technically chili with beans 🫘 isn’t chili 🌶 just saying.
@@jamesboswell530 yes this has been a huge controversial subject for many years. 🤔 I believe that this is only a matter of individual preference-with that being said, "whatever floats your boat"*🤗💌
Beans Beans, the musical fruit, the
more you eat the more you toot! LOL 🤣
Where were you when I was selling real estate?
What is it called? @@jamesboswell530
An unopened can of black beans was accidentally put in my freezer. Can I still eat them. Thank you for this information!!!
Love that 0:54 is not an attack on a brand, even if it is an attack on a brand. Goya is a threat, so, because reasons, yeah. Goya is solid, but offended the Establishment, hence the slander and libel.
The politics of Goya is poison.
I get many beams from food drives. Thanks
You forgot to mention by rinsing they will not thicken
There are ways to fix that.

Yeah, your taking away that flavoring, I can see it if you have a high in sodium issue, but, not all of us have that issue. Case, in point it ain’t for all of us!
In the section called "using a damaged can" you tell people that if the can is dented and they aren't sure if it's safe they should open it and inspect the beans to see if they are rotten. This is bad advice. The dangerous bacteria that grows in damaged cans often does not have any smell or make the beans look rotten. Someone could follow that advice and die, just avoid eating beans from damaged cans.
How can you tell if canned food has botulism?
the container is leaking, bulging, or swollen; the container looks damaged, cracked, or abnormal; the container spurts liquid or foam when opened; or. the food is discolored, moldy, or smells bad.
If you boil cook beans will it kill the botchulism?
It won’t wash away nutrients by repeated washing?
You just better off making your own.
Where do you live that the cans have an aluminum outer shell? Everyone else has steel!
Home can your own. It's not hard. You control what goes into it
IF you buy organic beans, do you still have to rinse them?
Yes

Chili does not have beans. Southwest Bean Soup is mistaken for chili.
Yes, we here America put beans in our chili, it’s part of basic chili 101!
@@sonyafox3271 We, here in Texas do not.
@@Rosedach It’s not based on all over, not a particular state, everyone knows you can do chili with or or without beans, but, most people prefer beans in there chili, one it’s a personal choice, second most people know and like what they grew up with, which a lot of us did with beans in our chili. Some people leave beans out cause,of diet. Some people now do white chicken chili and, it’s because they use white beans in that chili! Again it isn’t based on anything but, a personal choice!
@@sonyafox3271 OK, but native Texans do not like beans in their chili. That's a Yankee thing.
@@sonyafox3271I agree but originally chili did not have beans in it. That's why it says chili beans or chili
