Ashe (like dah)
Cho'ugath (for tanking and cc)
Janna (for denay engagement and Amp the ashe)
Renata glasc (for making engagement and make ashe "liturly to angry to die")
Tank Veigar (for putting ashe in a cage so no melee champ can touch her)

rageblade would be a damage loss once you hit around 270 ad, until then its a gain over your passive. This not including its proc effect with with anything like ruined king which is very hard to calculate but yeah either way is pretty even so either way you'd have been good!
the damage loss isnt the only loss though, you also lose the empowered slow on your auto attacks

IE is very good on Ashe for 3rd or 4th item. Significantly increases slow and bonus dmg also, but don't give any attack speed
