I find Kallamar's character development in the new update to be the best character development. I like all of the Bishops for different reasons but his dialogue pushed him to the top spot.

lol yes i love him, he is so cute and sassy, maybe a lil too sassy sometimes, but he is still getting used to being an ordinary follower and not a big boss anymore, give him time 💕 i wanna give him a character arc where he learns to relinquish control, conquer fear and show humility, and admits that his vanity was just him overcompensating for feeling like a hideous sea beast, but then he learns to genuinely appreciate himself for what he is and feel beautiful, and becomes a total sweetheart, but then also he's still struggling with guilt over his past deeds so that's a whole thing, but Lamby helps make it better 🥺
@@Tin_BT yes lol it's like a cute lil elf ear, idk why since they're not even really ears in the first place but squid fin things, maybe he comes from some mysterious species of squid-like sea elves...? these characters are all such fascinating creatures with great designs

you can find lit lanterns in anchordeep and the same cultists as the other areas have, so clearly the water is more of an effect rather than a real thing
@@Eliza-hb1nc Theoretically, they could be 'lit' with the presence of some small bioluminescent aquatic creature. But I prefer to headcanon that Anchordeep is not fully submerged, just very swampy.
I remember other videos that said one of Kallamar's boons to his lands is that everyone can breath there (and its been there so long that even after he's slain, its still there. Maybe it'll leave in a few years (not ingame, unless they make a sequel). The candles could also be crystals and the "flame" could be the glowing crystals slowly dissolving like how malachite and lapis lazuli does in water. The temple could also be above water for his vanity of being above his followers and for the convenience of his sibling deities when visiting. Just with a shallow pool around the center ritual area.
