Wow ,that guy has no business being in a boat at all, I 've never seen anyone so clueless ! Thanks for the laughs !
Thank you for watching!
how the hell do these people make it through life when they're not at the lake?
about the same!
A 100k plus ski boat being operated by a crew who shouldn't even be allowed to operate a 100 dollar Amazon toy raft. The folks that assisted should be given awards for their efforts. And the cutie lending a hand should help out more often.
More like $250K, making it all that much more embarrassing.
I think I lost some IQ points just watching these guys.
This is why EVERY state should do what New Hampshire does, require a license to operate a boat. Training and a test to get said license.
This must be what that fentanyl we have been hearing about causes. Can't wait for the recovery video.
I solo sail all the time and you must control both ends of your boat when docking or launching.
My solution is to have a long single rope then goes from the bow to the stern.
This way when I step off my sailboat I can control both ends/
Same here. I do a lot of boating on rivers, current is a B at a launch, but it taught me that keeping the stern under control is almost more important than the bow. It's easy to move the front around, but once your tail goes sideways your in trouble. Especially solo. Usually I am with the wife and we have it down pretty good. We pull along side the dock she gets the rope to the other side of the post and tosses it to me, I tie it off to the cleat. Usually when we are ready to pull it I can just undo the cleat and walk it like a dog onto the trailer. We have a small 15'runabout so it isn't to hard to handle anyway.
I totally agree, the wife and I boat on the Missouri, totally different than a lake.
Oh hell give him another shot and a beer. đ
He should be charged for the repairs after damaging the dock.
I think they stole that boat nobody is smart enough to earn that much money to pay for a boat like that
If going out on my boat was even a quarter as difficult as this group makes it I would be a DAMN LANDLUBBER AND STAY AT HOME!đ
Ms. P. I swear you sure can find the ones that HAVE NO BUSINESS RUNNING A WATER CRAFT. Rather its a PWC or a boat. I still havenât figured out how so many of these people canât launch a boat. They need to FLOAT IN WATER to get them off and on the trailer. The pontoons are heavy and brut strength doesnât seem to work. Keep up the GREAT WORK. Of course i am only a rocking chair observer. I also laugh when people are not getting in the water to solve their problems. Most of them are in swim suits.
Thanks for watching!!
Wow. Finally someone had the appropriate amount of lines for bow and stern. JUST DID NOT KNOW HOW TO USE THEM. One step at a time. LOL
đ
New boat $120,000, dock line $20. experience -0-, boat stuck at dock, water depth 2 feet, ability to get out of boat -0-, solution let someone else step in wet water. Scratches on new boat....PRICELESS they got in the water. So where did the captain go wrong? He thought he was driving a car and couldn't find the brake peddle, PRICELESS!!!
I would be shocked if, at some time during that disaster, he wasn't stomping the floorboard trying to find the brake pedal! Lol
It's been a while since I've seen so many with no clue how to handle a floating craft. The issue is just too obvious. Control one end and tie it off short on a cleat, then control the other end and tie that off as well. Problem solved. If that's too much to handle, get a freaking canoe!!
I second that!!!
Kevin needs a sign " Launch and Docking lessons " 30 minutes for $20 bucks..haha
Yes he does! Lol!
$100 an hour cause he'll need liability insurance for dealing with this crowd!
You really have to wonder how bad it would be for some of these clowns in adverse conditions. Do they have those concrete dividers at all the boat ramps in your area? Those dividers seem to cause a lot of problems.
The Duke Power ramps all have them.
They should not have them. They are nothing but a problem for everyone.
Its not the dividers... its the people, imagine these same people backing thier boat and trailer into the side of your boat and vehicle with no dividers.... cause that's what would happen. Yeah it would be easier without them, but then again... with the volume of infrequent boaters at these ramps not much way not to have them.
I love hese boat ramp videos. When I was 12 and working on some party boats in Florida I got to asking too many questions about navigation the crew had trouble answering so they suggested I take the power squadron safe boating class because they had a class in navigation and dead reckoning which I was interested in. I helped he slow adults and even gave a two hour class on reading the sea and sky from what I learned watching tem and reading books on how the pacific navigators navigated without charts and compass.
I got a 6th grade education, what the hell is wrong with today's education system. I would never send my kid to public school nowadays. You start them at age 5 in kindergarten and they graduate college at age two.
I'm eating Fritos and laughing, I was expecting the Fritos, the laughing was a complete surprise. Thank you, I needed that.
Lol! Glad you enjoyed it and thank you for watching! đ
@@paigeattheboatramp Ty for using your camera, great stuff.
You're welcome!
People in the Tige were a monumental embarrassment. They didn't look like wakeboarding types, no gear was evident, and they obviously had no clue how to handle a V-drive. Have to wonder who talked them into buying that boat.đź
Aha I don't know, but an over bloated eGo perhaps.
Just think without the cement dock guys like him would wipe out the dock as well as the boat that he can't t handle.
whoa, that last move was sketchy. I think that boat was a little more boat than they can handle
This is how one snaps off the lower unit. But hey, let's not scratch the bow on what's probably a cushioned dock!
Then let's go put the boat on the other side of the dock, where there are NO fenders. These people should not be allowed to breed.
Paige and Kevin you get to see the dumbest make-believe boaters in action! Itâs a shame they make such a bad name for real boaters! It was sure nice to the pontoon crew helping! Thanks for sharing! Kevin
Thanks for supporting us!!
Holy crap! Sleeping during 9th grade science class. If schools even teach that now.
Hi Guys, I always enjoy your posts đ keep it up đ
And this post show people Relying totally on others to do things for them . definitely not competent đł!
Stay safe and Happy đšđŠ Craig
Thank you for watching! We appreciate the support. đ
I think I would come unglued if I was trying to launch and I saw this at the bottom of the ramp.
As an experienced boater you should give the guy some pointers or offer assistance. That way the next time you get behind this guy at the ramp you won't have to wait so long. Its up to us to teach the generation of boaters
Not sure why you think I wouldn't?
Brand new boater that doesn't have a clue how to drive a boat much less an inboard (which handles different than a OB or I/O) driving a brand new $200,000 Tige RZ!, simply amazing!!!!! They are lucky no one got hurt trying to catch the idiot with hands and feet before he swung into the dock.
He had lots of money to spend on the boat, but didn't want to spend any on lessons.
Honestly nowâŠwere you guys starting to edge away from the shoreline while filming/watching this unfold?
When using these style of docks, what is the right thing to when you are trying to launch and another comes in behind you and parks?
You aren't supposed to "dock" at all. You pull up to the dock... let someone off to get your vehicle, and pull away. Failing that you should dock out the the way of traffic that is all there is to it... if someone blocks you ask them to let you out, failing that may as well take a chill pill and wait it out. And laugh when its over...
Semi-auto. (JOKING!!!)
ââ@@Wingnut353 EXACTLY why docks shouldn't be on the launch ramp AT ALL. It is absolutely INSANE to tie up anywhere that blocks other boaters from launching and retrieving. A lot of what goes on at these ramps would earn you a breathtaking cussing out, and maybe a black eye, where I live. If you have to dock, which you shouldn't if there are 2 people aboard, do so away from the ramp.
I remember when I was 12 my buddy's family had an 22 foot center console Boston Whaler on the Kalamazoo River. We never had problems like this. And it was a crew of two 12 year olds, and his 10 year old brother.
Really nice to see my Brothers House in the back ground across the Lake.
Itâs rare that I will make a negative comment on someone, but in this case⊠yeah, I will make a exception. I do not recall EVER seeing a group that is so completely inept in all aspects of well âŠ. everything. No concept of boating, no concept of physics, definitely zero spacial awareness. And thatâs all the minor stuff. Those people are out on the water with no concept of safety as well, putting other NORMAL people in harms way. Incredible. Iâm Canadian, and we need an operators card at least.
Why donât people like that watch CZcams and LEARN???.
Amazing sailors!
The phrase I think your looking for is âmore dollars than sense.â
All I can think of is the Keystone Cops.
Did anyone notice what the rear deck did to the pontoon side? Also, those concrete barriers need to go, no good reason for them.
They're awful!
Imagine no barrier and some goons backing their boat into your vehicles... in your lane.
These folks should not own a boat. Absolutely clueless.
there is a easy cure for the way the boat is positionined, - tie the nose of the boat to the piling, turn the wheel to the right and put in reverse. the aft of the boat will swing around to line up with the dock, and then tie off to the dock...had to do that a few times. when i was caught in wind and current.
You are bloody kidding me i am lost for words on this one regards Terry in Australia đŠđș đ đ
Lol!
I watch these videos to be entertained but honestly sometimesđĄđĄđĄđđđ
There should be a law against people with room temperature IQs from having a boat.
WOW boating is so fun the concrete dividers are to confuse the cluelessđ€Łđ€Łđ€Łđ€Ł
They definitely make it interesting!
Unbelivable, I still can't tell if he was coming or going. I don't think he knows either.
13 minutes (that we know of) for something that should have taken 13 seconds with power and line handling skills.
Now, wait-a-minute! I don't see anything wrong here. I wish 2 those nice guys were around to help me then!
However, I'd like to look at the Skeg, Prop and Rudder cause, when I did this (1986 Marlin Magnum Skier Way Older Boat) they didn't look so good including a broken rudder boss after the waves (as you saw in the video) made the boat stand on the Skeg, Prop bent them all and bent the heck outta the Rudder.
I went back to see what I hit (not with the boat but swimming) and found a huge rock off (Kirkland, Wa) some Park beach. Be ware!
A friend of mine had that boat when it was new. We were in high school and his parents owned a dealership. Ya, he was rich and spoiled. Pretty sweet ski boat from my understanding, I know it was fast.
$100k+ boat that looks like it getting delivered. What a horrible first day
They beat the crap out of it!
lol The Keystone boaters. Get 5 like that guy at the ramp and you would have a full days comedy entertainment. I think he thinks the R on his shifter stands for race. Hold on to your hat Martha, here we go.
đ
All the gear, but no idea.
Whiskey throttle in reverse.
This proves money or credit will buy it but will not teach you anything about it except how to tear it up.
Adverse conditions? LoLâŠ. đź This guy absolutely has no clueâŠ..
That was painful to watch and then they had kite string for boat lines.
Rookie Captain goes too..
If you donât know how to drive it/ operate it donât buy it. Donât these people know the basics of physics and angles to pull the boat to the dock. The best thing right now is for that rope to get tangled in the propeller and call it a day.
10:35 saved the whole video sheew! đđ€Ł great job! lmao
omg are you kidding me I spoke too soon, lmao wow just wow! Lady almost mashed her foot bad.
This was painful. Lol!
More money than boating skillz!
The elusive bald beaver tries to figure our this crazy man made object that he somehow stumbled upon yet it was beyond the bald beavers knowledge of how it operates. Nature is amazing!!
Wake Wylie's finest đđ
The guy in the boat with pants and shoes, and doesn't want to get his toes wet ? I see that alot now a days. You have to shut the boat off and get in the water to handle the boat and load it on the trailer, BY HAND ! To bad for the folks on the patio boat, you can tell they are begginers but are good people. Mr. pants and shoes should not even be there ! It's not like driving your Audi in the parking lot. This guy probably bought the boat online .........
Im assuming majahuana is legal in SC
I have no idea. Lol!
so is huffing glueđ đ đ
First day with the new toy?
Mind numbing.
I'm sorry, but that little ski boat is NOT THAT HEAVY. Those two gals should have been able to pull the rear end of that boat around without any big deal. Apparently, the only exercise they must ever get is hauling one bag of groceries, at a time, into the house. The male on the boat; totally clueless as to where he should tie a line to get the boat back along side the dock.
A total disgrace!!
Typical "Credit Card Captain" !
poor boat,,, HELP
These boaters, & I say that loosely, should not be allowed near a water craft, not even an intertube they are a menace to themselves, let alone other people.
Worst ever. These people shoukd not be around other boats
OMG, don't tell him my boating location, we have enough clowns and we don't need the head clown....
Never seen so many ignorant lines goin back and forth LOL
thanks P&K - these people need to stay the F home.
Let me guessâŠthatâs a rented boat.
That was painful to watch.
Very.
Box of rocks
I thought Iâd seen everything her but now three people who donât know how ropes work? Never seen how boats work? GeezâŠđ
It never ceases to amaze me!
Wow scarey
The more of these videos I watch has me realizing, common sense really ainât that common.
If this dude knows what he is doing you can't prove it to me. He should take up badminton or bridge.
Wow!
I don't understand the crazy rope tricks! đ€·đŒââïž
Someone once said macrame. đ€Ł
Neither do they!
The level of stupidity pisses me off! Any moron that ends up sideways on a dock should never be allowed to own a boat. I'm sorry but this is major pet peeve. Remember, these clueless people are out on the lake with a fast wake boat. Sorry, but I'm so sick of dealing with people like this at ramps. I wouldn't help them.
It can be scary on the water!
These people do not need them but I donât see how they can drive a car
How do they keep getting worse? Simple: Cheap Credit. Puts more potential mayhem in the hands of more potential idiots.
This is painful to watch.. What part of you are aground on the keel against the ramp runner donât you get? SMH
I've seen plenty of your videos, I think this is the worst one so far for gross incompetence
It's pretty bad.
let the girl drive
He need t practice a lot....
Lol WOW lol
I can NOT like this video... UNBELIEVABLE! Where did they get all the ropes they kept throwing back and forth? Why, why, why? SMH
đđ€
What in God's name are they trying to do?
I don't think even they know.
???????!!!!!
Clueless a lot of them.
Dont be too hard on the guy. We were all beginners at first, main thing is that he learns from his mistakes
You're right.
I took a boating class YEARS before I owned a boat, because I was interested. Then another class when I got my first boat. So, there is NO excuse for this, except ignorance.
This is why EVERY state should do what New Hampshire does, require a license to operate a boat. Training and a test to get said license.
Canât give you a thumbs up because he should have had someone with him who knew what they were doing. Could you imagine a tractor trailer doing this on the drivers first day? Guess not. Chapmans is a book that usually can be found in a library. Shows everything you need to know about boating and seamanship.
Rocket Science for the thick! Sadly they breed
first sideways, then stuck on ramp, brilliant...go to bow and redistribute weight off of the stern...
PRACTICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
how.........
O M G......!!!!
Had to stop at 3 minutes. Don't like that new boat but that's no way to treat any boat on it's first outing. Letting it set there and bash on two concrete curbs. Get the hell off the boat dude! Nothing you can do ON THE BOAT, get off, get wet shove it off the curbs and turn it so it sits at the dock correctly.
Watching this made me hot in the face ill leave it at that!
