Black suit on the amazing fantasy is a must. But i hope they stop using that weird white paint they been using for the symbols. It has this weird almost rubber feel to it and it chips easy
I hate the plastic free packaging. As a collector not being able to see the figures inside the box annoys me. They could reduce the amount of plastic used, make the trays and boxes smaller but remove it completely?! That's just cost cutting and yiu know it Hasbrah. We all see through the supposed environmentalist smoke screen.
I think Miles got fully sculpted body because of easy re use like translucent, red and black on arms and There is black and yellow in the game as well. While the PS4/PS5 Spiderman doesn't lend itself to re use and the suits between PS4 and PS5 are different so re use was out of the picture. But animated series I have no clue other than mold shortage.
They could have gotten around that with simple re-releases. Regardless, they’re able to release one shot sculpts when it comes to the MCU so it’s weird they couldn’t do it on an already overpriced figure
@@Koolers20 True MCU figures get lot of one and done sculpts. But I think Disney may fund them or pushes them to do so whether they want to. Its also a marketing tool for the movies so maybe Disney Marketing budget is sends funds to hasbro for new tooling.

As they own merch rights for all Marvel-related IPs including Spiderman, F4 and X-men; Disney would still receive profit from every Spiderman figure sold that was tied to any movie/game/show/etc. Regardless, this still comes across as weird since Miles, who’s an objectively less popular Spiderman, still got a brand new sculpt. An easy solution they could have made would be to have just sculpted the suit’s details over the RYV body to help save on costs, like they did with the new cyclops.
I use the renew your vows spidey as my TAS Spiderman in the collection, even if he’s a little too big and the colors don’t pop as much as they should. I’d put my clsssic comic Mafex Spiderman in but he’s next to my nightfall Batman on the top top shelf. When I think about it, it bothers me but, really it all works for me.

They messed up on the animated cell shaded Spider-Man by giving him a hinge neck joint instead of a dumbbell joint like the black suit Spidey. That’s why he sucks. & I bought an extra too I’ll get rid of it on offer up.
I also like Spiderman on bodies that let him be an estimated 5'9 or 5'10 RYV body and even the Pizza body or ultimate Spiderman body for teenage Peter. There are no big Spiderman figs in my case. I have them but I don't open them. I like all of them but I can't have Spiderman looking eye to eye with Capt.America
The fact that Hasbro went out of their way to make a brand new sculpt for Miles but just reuse the RYV body for Peter is just criminal to me. The best PS4 Spider-Man to date is the Marvel Select one even though he is out of scale. But hey, he looks good on his own tbh.
the answer will probably be the same BS that Spider-man has more tampography, so to offset the cost they need to use existing bodies and charge $35. The PS5 Spider-man for $35 with only a new head & incomplete hands just shows Hasbro doesn't give a shit about real collectors, but targets people that will buy them no matter what.
Had they used a bigger buck. I would’ve bought it. Way too puny. Animated series Spidey was beefy. Don’t make sense. And yeah. That PS5 Pete is trash. They should’ve given him an all new sculpt.

Anyone else disappointed with that Miles? They gave him sculped detail and the adequate accessories, but the proportions are awful. All they had to do was lightly tap the ball, but they hit it too hard and missed the goal.
Now that you mention it, he does seem kinda big for a 15 year old kid, but for what it's worth, it's still a damn good figure. Now if they made Miles with the smaller body and sculpted details, that would be fire.
@@h3lloang3lo Yeah, it's a decent fig and worth the 20 bucks at that time. My problem with it is that the legs are too long and his shoulders are narrow, but in the game they're broader.

I bought the Yamaguchi 2.0 Spider-Man not too long ago and I'm having a blast with it. I really recommend it, I know 100 dollars is a though pill to swallow for some people, but it's not like we haven't bought a bunch of Marvel Legends either way. Think about it this way, would you rather have 4 decent-ish 20 dollars Marvel Legends or 1 really good, super posable Spider-Man? If you can buy it, I'd say go for it.
