Thank you very much! I use a software called Cubase. Basically, I notate note per note, which takes me many hours to do. You can try Finale or Sibelius.

@aldy32 hey there! i'm a music student and i'm teaching saxophone, clarinet and flute and i can say, that the thing you call "talent" is MORE than 10% what makes a musician , that's sure!
practise and hard work are very important (you won't be a good musician without it), but if you don't have got (any) "talent", practise and hard work won't bring you anywhere -
