Yes so true, cause as much as we try to implement a routine in our life after baby…. It’s one of the hardest to keep up, beside sleep.
My baby is 12 weeks old and I still don't sleep, shower or eat when I want.
My baby is two-years-old. I'm just now thinking of rejoining the gym that I religiously went to pre-baby. Don't know how I'll find the time but I am determined!

I am on medication because I have kidney disease so it absolutely helps me sleep but......my absolute must have to sleep are: a fan on, blackout curtains, fresh sheets and a shower before bed and also of coarse, the pillow between my legs. They all work so good!!

Sleeping without anything on is the best. I love how free and unrestricted it feels, and how the sheets and comforter feel on my skin. No underwear, no bra, no socks, just a huge t-shirt on
