- First powerlifting competition in the books! Couldn't have asked for a better result. I successfully complete my first water cut and made the 60 kg weight class! I didn't jump any of my commands AND I only leaked a little bit on my squat PR. 373 Dots! Excited for this growing season and all the carbs I'll be eating.

10:51 - 11:10 - I don't do powerlifting, but this is what I love about it. Old and young alike just testing their strength and reaping joy out of pushing those limits.
Way to go!!! 👏
Thank you 🥰
So inspiring!! In the grind of my first year of med school right now, feeling motivated to start lifting more because of you!
Yes!! I started lifting more consistently when I started med school too! Just wait till you have anatomy lab - really helps applied to training
I find your videos on your diet/nutrition plus the fact that you're powerlifting so cool 😢
Hi! jenny, I've been following you for sometime and you inspire me to be better.from Kenya
❤️❤️❤️
You vs you!!
Always! 🤝🏽
Congrats! I have trouble lifting anything due to neuropathy from chemo (in my feet also). Are you still working as a physician?
🥺 what you can do is enough. Yes I’m still working part time! Don’t plan to increase my hours till the kids go to school fill time. Even then, not sure if I want to.
@@drjennale It is great to be with your kids if it's an affordable option. I worked part time as a nurse for awhile but in hindsight I wish I had been home with them more. They are 35 and almost 40 now 😊
