It's amazing, but I question whether I have the talent level to play it enjoyably.
@@user-rf9mx4qf7z we used to play that way in university, I think if you aren't great a table tennis is is a more enjoyable way to play than normally because you have a bit more time and control.

That last game looked crazy fun, and that last point was insane. Finding a balanced mix of the two sports' rules might be tricky, but it makes for some really creative setups! Awesome video guys!
Another excellent video! This might just be me, but I'd actually prefer if you showed the full matches. That way we get more time with that specific setup and also the inclusion of the calmer, less exciting points makes the crazy highlight ones stand out even more. That said, whatever you guys do will be awesome regardless!

the two pong variants are what im here for! such good ideas for different ways to play the game to keep things goofy and fun. it's been a long time since the double/quad table games, those were some of my favorite even though i don't have multiple tables to try it out

I was too nervous to come up and talk, but my friend got a picture with them. I unfortunately had to go early, but these guys are very nice and skilled irl fr, no doubt about it

Volleyball table tennis was something we did at highschool every day. It's really fun to play that way.
I've tried playing table volleyball with very similar rules at work, trouble is there isnt enough space to make it really work lol. That looked awesome!

The tweak on scoring with volley length is a neat spin. Maybe not the exact score rule, but the rest is a cool change.

Could you guys do a video where you do stereotypes crossovers, like the angry guy faces the screamer guy, or the cheater vs the guy who doesn't know the rules, or sensei guy vs pongfinity guy.

the game counting the shots isn't bad but it requires someone to properly count which is hard to do yourself when you have to focus on playing.
I do play a game with a friend sometimes where both of us start 10:10 and if one makes a point it changes to 11:9 / 9:11 until 20:0 and then you have a last safety line till some wins 21:0
Especially when both people are similair strong this can take forever but its fun as its much harder to loose just because you made a few stupid mistakes if you are actually better.
you guys should each make your own tables and play on each one against each other.

You should try playing with a reverse shakehand grip, where you hold the paddle in shakehand grip but with the paddle towards your pinky rather than your index finger. I learned how to do it just for the heck of it, but I ended up enjoying using it when playing with friends.
It's like Baymax from the Big Hero when Mika became a smashman
