- hey guys, In this video i showed how IAC (Idle Air Control) valve works and also showed adjust and clean valve.
I accidentally damaged IAC valve of my car and also showed how to adjust in that case, so if you any questions or query you can ask me in comments section or DM me on instagram.

Mere pas accent he 2010 model usme rpm 800 pe set he ,lekin AC chalu karne par rpm 600 kam hoke 200 pe ajati he or gadi band ho jati he.
To mikenik ne idel 1300 set Kiya taki AC chalu karne par 600 rpm par ajaye.ab aise hi chala raha hu.
Lekin AC chalu karne par rpm badhne chahiye lekin kam ho rahe he to kya dikkat ho sakti he?
Head bhi abhi hi banaya he.
Air nahi le raha engine.. is liye sayad jayada fuel leke bandh ho raha hai.. ek baar Idle Air Control valve check karlo.. nahi to throttle body puri clean karva do..

Air filter nito fuel injectors jam hase.. clean karavi devo..

Air filter baki che badhlvnu
Change kari devo.. ej problem hase..

Throttle cable lagi hai uske exact peche ke taraf..
Bro even my zen had the same problem. It's Engine missing problem I guess. Try removing all the connections of the sensor and clean it before putting back.
Car don't have any missing issue.. it was idling issue.. if there is missing in engine then it should be felt even after warm up.. but my car was working properly fast warm up..
But that's something new suggestion.. I'll do it and update you in next upcoming video... 🙌

What repair did you do to roating part of IAC valve which you said was showing friction and hard movement. How did you solve that problem or what correction did you do in fitting the electrical vlack assembly ?
For friction I have used WD-40 for movement.. but for positioning correction you can't do much.. its electromagnetic coil that control the valve..

I did little bit damage to the IAC valve.. but car is running fine.. no issues..
