KWill just did a radio interview with Kim Ina (the person who wrote the lyrics for this song). He said he wont have a part 3 for more realistic issues. For ballad singers in korea the $$$ from launching an album isnt enough to cover the costs these days (with MV also being a huge cost factor). He essentially said he wont be able to get his company to go for part 3. He even joked that he should crowd fund money for part 3 if fans really wanted it
At first he said he'd like to, but later said it probably wouldn't happen. And that smoking scene was a flashback.

For the MV I'm confused too
If you notice, there was a white butterfly when In Guk showed up before the funeral. In Korean culture, white butterflies are the souls of the dead who visit the living-especially those they have loved most- to say a final good- bye. He was never really at the funeral because it was HIS funeral both the scene at the beginning and the one later. The scenes of them together were Ahn Jae-hyun reminiscing about the time they spent together once they met again after his divorce (him showing his hand with no ring). Seo In Guk figured since he'd gotten divorced he might as well tell him how he felt. However you can see that Ahn Jae-hyun didn't even hug him back. He just stood there. He didn't have that kind of feelings for In Guk. In Guk walked away and either accidentally or intentionally he died. Ahn Jae-hyun was in the tunnel in his suit he wore to the funeral in the next scene saying he misses him and called him because that was the last place he'd seen In Guk alive. In Guk as a spirit runs back to him but Jae-hyun of course can't see him. The whole thing was a combination of Jae-hyun remembering and regretting how things turned out and In Guk coming back as a spirit to say a final goodbye. The white butterfly at the beginning was the clue to the whole thing that so many people missed.
They are like in different timeliness, if you see the scene where they exchanged phone numbers you can see it clearly, and when he didn't reciprocated the hug to cause in guk saw him but the other one couldn't see him
