Dear President Isaias Afewerki, thank you and may The Almighty God bless you for being courageous and going to the throne of God. I am proud of you and tears are coming down my cheeks as I write this. President Isaias Afewerki, since I can’t find you in person or have a means to send you a message, I will send you my message through this video in the hope that you will see this comment. I also would like to say that you have known everything I have to say here since long before I was born; it is just a brotherly reminder.
President Isaias Afewerki, please allow me to call you just by your first name as I want to talk to you like your little brother. Isaias haweyn ayayn, first, thank you for your service to Eritrea and the Eritrean people. The Eritrean people will be forever grateful to you and they want you to be remembered in a good way. Your destiny and fate is forever tied to the Eritrean people and not to any other people. Your legacy is important to me and to our fellow Eritreans. I care about how you will be remembered in history. You and I know no one will escape politics. I am neither for nor against the Eritrean government, but I too will not escape it as one day EPLF and your legacy is going to be attacked and I am going to stand up for EPLF and for your legacy.
Isaias, I know you may be angry with your fellow EPLF leaders, and hence with the Eritrean people, but I want to say to you just this: መጽሓፍ ቅዱስ ዝብሎ ጥራይ ግበር። Just do what the Bible says and you can’t go wrong. Just observe the Ten Commandments of God. Take courage, take heart and do only the right things. Right things will be right forever. I am a strong believer of democracy, but I would be happy if you lead Eritrea forever if you pardon and release the prisoners. That is my only request. I would have put the same request if you had been the prisoner. Please do the right thing. Just do what the Bible says, and I, along with the Eritrean people, will stand with you.
Isaias, we all have sinned. In 1 John 1:8 the Bible says, “If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us.” Paul also says to the Romans in Romans 3:10: “There is no one righteous, not even one.” He also says in Romans 3:23: “For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.” So, I will not judge you because I am a sinner myself just like the hypocrite Pharisee teachers who asked Jesus Christ what to do with the woman who had been caught in the act of adultery and whom Jesus Christ told: “Let the one who has never sinned throw the first stone.”
I feel you will live up to 120 years old, but this is the final lap that will last for a few decades. ቮላታ ቀሪባ እያ። ካብ ሴላኻ ሕጂ ተንስእ። Show us the original Isaias, the teenager Isaias. Show us what you are made of. Do the damage control now. It is better to be late than never. Think about your legacy. You went to the filed for your dignity and your legacy, you fought for your dignity and your legacy, and you have been leading Eritrea since independence for your dignity and your legacy. You have to do the right thing now for your dignity and legacy since you have invested so much and spent all your time, energy, and emotions for your dignity and legacy. Make new priest friends. ደይመደይ ኢልካ ጸልይ። ዋላ ምጽላይ እንተዘይደለኻ፣ ኮነ ኢልካ ጸልይ። ንበይንኻ ተሓቢእካ ወይ ድማ ብልብኻ ጸልይ። ድሕሪኡ ኣብ ከባቢኻ ተዓዘብ እሞ ልዑል እግዚኣብሄር ኣምላኽ ብተኣምራቱ ጌሩ ክዛረበካ እዩ። ኣምላኽ ብብዙሕ ነገራት ክዛረበካ እዩ። ንስኻ ጥራይ ኣስተብህልን ኣስተውዕልን። ንምሳሌ ጻጸ እንተርኢኻ፣ ተኸታተሎ። ልዑል እግዚኣብሄር ኣምላኽ ነቲ ጻጸ ተጠቒሙ፣ ገለ ጌሩ ተኣምራቱ ከርእየካ እዩ። God is going to speak to you through the miracles He will make around you. Look out for miracles and pay attention to the messages. Each miracle He makes for us has a message. By the way, I am a proud Orthodox Christian and not a Pentecostal.
