think from this perspective... Imagine if you are having a wedding today and you want to look beautiful to your bride or groom and this Lady comes and does your makeup and you look completely opposite of what you expected!... Its just that there are so many professions to live without needing practice or training or whatever like handling a grocery shop, selling foods etc., but there are definitely certain profession that definitely needs basic knowledge about it... You can't go to a doctor who doesn't know medicine, you can't learn from a teacher who doesn't know grammar in similar way you can't ruin your face giving it to someone who is not capable enough to learn it tho he/she can! This girl actually sets an example to not go and get cheated. So what she does is service not ruining that make up lady's life. If that lady want to still own the beauty parlour and earn, either she has to learn how to do makeup or quit it and do some other job which doesn't requires effort to learn. So calm down.
