What's even funnier is that Ying Zheng aka Qin Shihuangdi was a political hostage as a child in Zhao during the battle and so was his father who at that time was the crown prince's heir.

2:06 and 2:14 you mentioned Qin ruler was King Xiaocheng and Zhao ruler was again King Xiaocheng. Qin ruler was King Zhaoxiang.

Great audio video. Though it would be great if the visual matched what you say. The maps were better detailed with arrows of moving troops. Even google earth would look great as many military video today are using. Keep up the great work.

Thank you for the compliment! I have a confession. I intentionally made this one with a minimalistic approach. I wanted to see if it got as many views as my previous videos, which had more details. So far, it looks like the details win, which was my prediction. Apologies for the "laziness" and thank you for the feedback. Its so valuable to a new creator! I hope you give me another chance. I'd love your thoughts on my other Antiquities Engagement videos if you ever have the time to check out that playlist.

@1:43 is that China or India? Some strategic maps would be good. Not just pictures. @6:56 surely that is not Warring States map? @9:17 Mistake: The Zhao commander who surrendered to BaiQi, is Zhao Kuo. Not Li Mu.

Westerners don't often think about the atrocities that occurred on that side of the world.
