Happy Sunday APS. Just want to thank everyone for having my back yesterday and so many of the APS ARMY really offered me some sound advice. Ironically, this was the video I had planned for yesterday. Also involving some pretty crazy fights I saw while locked up. I try my best to offer some sound advice of my own in this video. And with that, I hope you enjoy this one.

I have no experience with prison, and this channel is awesome, I feel it doesnt even apply to just prison type stuff, but has lessons that can be applied to life in general.
You see how people would be without societies rules. It's like a lesson in human nature.

@@Boomie789 Another reason might be because a lot of street gangs (especially the older ones) are also segregated.

MS13: Latino, ect.
So when they go to prison, they just stay with their race and link up with their fellow gang members.
However I've been hearing that a lot of newer (and smaller) gangs have been just mixing up the races.
So who knows, maybe in 40 years we'll be seeing more race mixing.

Must say you are a very interesting guy Joe. Your stories have so much insight and makes me worry about a friend of mine who could be facing charges for a crime he didn’t commit. I work with a guy who is an ex-cop from the MET and his stories are amazing particularly his stories of when the IRA was bombing the streets really shows how mental the world is.

About a month ago I was in a 700 person jail. This is my real picture and I'm 57 years old. I'm told the guy who jumped me was one of the toughest guys in the facility. Well...I was able to beat him down and knock him out. Now you may be thinking...I bet no one wanted to mess with you then...WRONG..it put a Target on my back. I made bond shortly after that. I was only incarcerated for about a month but I'm here to tell you I ain't going back. I'll swallow a bullet first.

Most people are afraid to mess with big dudes (like Joe) but it's been said that it's the little guys who are really the dangerous ones sometimes.
My husband is 6’3” which isn’t super tall but he was probably over 6’ in junior high school in which kind of unusual. He says that because of his height and brawn (he wasn’t a string bean, he was proportionately built) he was a target for a lot of older dudes who wanted to whoop him just to try to prove a point. He learned to fight early on lol.

plus all these cuts on your hands are because of those small gloves, if you wanna hit the bag use big gloves and wrap your hands... i also suggest a boxing class and a brazilian jiujitsu class because your punches are very sloppy and training on your own will reinforce bad habits
