Awesome! Look forward to seeing how the bundles stack on a trailer!

Hey I appreciate the feedback. Thought I would try something new to see if it made any difference.
That machine has changed my life! It’s save me from having to lift many bales

We were using a Bale Bandit which loads from the top down...... Very aggressive bale handling Where as the Baron is more gentle with the handling.....also the compression chamber is tapered... Not saying anything bad about the Bandit or Arcusin......We have decided to use our Baler and Baron as a stationary unit... because stored from the field bundles require extra handling which degrades bundle appearance... Now as a bundle exits the Baron it is loaded into a trailer......The crop is stored as rounds that preserves hay integrity until converted into 21 bale bundles.......But nice to see others using different methods......

I had no clue the chamber was tapered. I’m sure that helps a lot. Those new Baron pick ups say 1,000/hour which is awesome ! If there is ever a need for higher capacity, baron is the route. Thanks for the view and comment again!

@@hammerhayllc One reason we upgraded from a Bandit was the the minimum bale length was 36 inches the Bands were spaced too far apart and sometimes would not catch the bales on the corners...... also we increased our Load capacity from 30-18 bale bundles to 36-21bale bundles, thats 246 more bales per l53 ft load....
