Charles Muntz would also be charged for illegal poaching and breaking the endangered species act
Charles is a son of-
Kevin isn't listed as an endangered species given that people don't know she exists
Wouldn’t Charles also have committed fraud after fabricating the birds skeleton
@@anneexoskin2287 we have no proof he did that.
@@racheln.spaterost2709it was stated look at the beginning of the movie it was stated it was a fake skeleton
Honestly for skinner this has to be the lightest sentence a villian has ever gotten
Btw tai lung from kung fu panda he is extremely dangerous due to the fact he has more than 1000+ first/second degree murders
Yep
He's not really bad he's just trying to keep the kitchen
Stay off the shrooms😂😂😂😂😂😂
I mean a few vilains had no charges whatsoever
Technically, Auto doesn't do anything wrong since he's following a direct order from the BNL company president, who holds a higher position than the Axiom's captain. The president told him, "Go FULL autopilot and do not return to Earth." This implies that whatever Auto sees fit to follow that executive order is within the law of the Axiom.
The person at fault is the BNL president, whose gross negligence and refusal to adapt to change resulted in the danger of thousands of people.
Not to mention the CEO Polluted the Whole Planet with Industries and Garbage
It is worth saying that Auto would still be “charged” for harming the captain, as that would be breaking the first law of robotics (harming the captain wasn’t a part of the president’s orders).
@@SenatorArmstrong2018 We don't know if Auto is subject to the laws of robotics since they never get mentioned in the film at all. if he is, it seems like second law comes before first in his programming, and to be fair Auto only uses violence towards a human as a last resort when all other options are exhausted to follow the orders he's been given.
@@themagitechie9955 That's actually an artifact of the Zeroth Law, which states that if a robot is forced to violate the Three Laws of Robotics in any way, it must minimize the harm done. If that means sacrificing a million lives to save a billion, it will save those million lives if it follows the Zeroth Law.
No no no, AUTO had full control of himself. The video was sent centuries ago so they all assumed that Earth would never be cleaned up. Little did they know that THEY, the humans, needed to take a stand. Which is what the Captain wanted. AUTO is a villain, he knew exactly what he was doing.
Wasn't Muntz technically tracking his dog, something that is arguably his property? That charge, with a good lawyer, be dropped if that was the only crime he commited.
That’s what I’m saying
If jury duty was like this, I’d never get tired of it!
Neither do I.
0:49 It's Heavily Implied That He Killed Both the Surveyor and the Botanist Because of The Bird, The Years of Isolation in Paradise Falls Has Caused Him To Go Mad
Indeed
Seriously ITS FIRST DEGREE
Honestly, he could use that in court to not go to prison and plead insanity, yea he would be institutionalized probably until he died, if he survived that fall somehow.
@@sourlesscream1272 I'd Agree with you Here, But What is Institution?
@@Ratchet_TFP essentailly sending them to an insane asylum, for people deemed to insane and not in there right mind to be held accountable for there actions
I would say he killed at least 2 people he believes is after the bird as well because of his paranoia. But that's just my opinion.
i would argue that auto was following the orders from his superior that is long gone, thus making his actions of not going back under ANY circunstances valid.
mhm and that robots aren't recognized by law anyway.
Plus it's not like he was actually doing anything bad. If anything he's just doing what he was told to do. And last time I checked doing what you're told to do is not a crime.
@@brockragni1053 Well, obeying orders can be a crime if the orders are illegal.
Well, the idiot BNL CEO shouldn't have made such a drastic decision.
@@racheln.spaterost2709 Sure, But it's very clear Auto is programmed to never disobey direct orders from a superior officer. He is only disobeying the captain because the orders the captain is giving conflict with his orders from the CEO (who is obviously higher in the chain of command). He's not allowed to question orders, only decide which orders supersede others and how he carries out the ones that remain. Even if Auto actually believed the captain's argument that things have changed, he still cannot override a direct order. As a result, all crimes Auto commits in the film fall on the person who gave the order. same goes for the security bots acting under Auto's orders. For him, "just following orders" actually MEANS SOMETHING. Additionally, it seems robots in this universe have no legal rights, so anything he does to another robot does not count.
Skinner is guilty off attempting to keep his Kitchen Sanitary
It did say nothing
@@Duolingo1278 indeed
"Sir you are guilty sentence is nothing

I think Charles Muntz killed more than just the surveyor and botanist, judging from all those helmets.
Can we talk about how insanely old Muntz must be? He was an adult when Carl was a child. Dude must be 100 😂
Obsession can keep a person going... Especially unhealthy obsession.
Director Pete Docter himself confirmed that Muntz is 23 years old at the start of the film while Carl is 9. In the present day, Muntz is therefore 92 years old while Carl is 78; an age gap of 14 years.
My great great great grandmother lived to 104 so I don’t doubt it
Charles Muntz really is fit enough for a fight with Carol .
They’re both old.
@nathancruz9172 But Charles muntz is at least 20 years older than an old man he would usually be a vegetable
@@liamcruikshank1472 in that case, Carl Frederickson is younger than Charles Muntz.
@@nathancruz9172 so then it would be surprising if Charles was able to fight Carl
If jack sparrow was charged for his crimes
NONE!
...wait no thats Johnny Depp
Uhhhh
OH!
Yeah A LOT of things
@@seantaggart7382 jack sparrow did a lot of crimes . Jonny depp on the other hand has not
Charging Captain Jack Sparrow?! Arrested for charging a comedian pirate!
Yea true
Nothing as one if his friends im pretty sure is a princess/royal
I think Hopper committing slavery over a civilization falls under Crimes Against HumANTity
Yo nice pun
Nice 👍
5:22 funny how the one NOT with a death sentence charge fucking died.
Yep!
I wouldn't consider AUTO for being a villain because he's a robot. He's basically doing what he is programed to do: To keep people away from earth
The “just following orders” excuse doesn’t work anymore
You forgot for Charles Muntz trying to kill an endangered species
I’m going to say that Muntz should have been charged with poaching given the exotic animals on display in his zeppelin and how he was hunting down Kevin who clearly came from an endangered species.
Charles technically didn't falsely imprison Russell since he trespassed onto HIS aircraft harassing HIS dogs so that charge could be dropped
I think Skinner may have trespassed 3 times actually. Pretty sure you can't just barge into a restaurant kitchen you don't work in without permission or an escort, but it may be different in France. (And at the point he barged in, he had been fired.) And I doubt he had the correct licenses and training required to trap Remmy like he did. In France, you must "have an approval provided by a training course." in order to become a trapper.
And Ernesto definitely committed some child abuse by throwing and dragging poor Miguel around.
9 years, 135,015 euro fine, and 3 years off his license. Pretty light sentence for Skinner.
Agreed
I feel like hopper and the rest of the grass hopper should’ve been charged for breaking and entering and having to pay damage fees
God dang it, seeing wall-E get stuck in there still makes me tear up man
Why didn’t auto and go 4 didn’t like earth.
@@ShatteredFoxYTAuto was ordered not to return to earth as of Protocol A-113 by BNL CEO nearly 700 years before the events of the film, and Go-4, OK I don't know about that bot but he seems to be loyal to Auto, disposing the plant in a pod set to self-destruct, takes it from the captain and throwing it to the garbage chute while threatened at Gun point by EVE to give it to herself.
You forgot to charge Charles months with reckless, endangerment and unlicensed use of a firearm because we don’t know that gun he used was licensed
Would Skinner have been fired by Linguini even if he hadn't attempted to hide the will from him? His dismissal was a bit strange, especially as Remy doesn't speak to any of the humans.
5:59 “stay away from the shrooms Skinner“ NAH
Technically Skinner Kinda Attempted Animal Cruelty Because He Tried Killing/Hurting Remmy So Maybe He Will Have Another Sentence
It's a rat so no actually
If these other villains was charged for their crimes
Queen Grimhilde (Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs, 1937)
The Couchman (Pinochio, 1940)
Chernabog (Fantasia, 1940)
Lady Tremaine (Cinderella, 1950)
Red Queen (Alice in Wonderland, 2010)
Maleficent (Sleeping Beauty, 1959)
Cruella de Vil (101 Dalmatians, 1961)
Shere Kahn (The Jungle Book, 1967)
Don’t forgot mine
Madame Medusa (The Rescuers, 1977.)
Skinner should have been charged for stalking Linguini after losing the ownership of the restaurant
So the reason genetic testing that's not medical, jurial, or scientific is illegal is consent based. You can still do genetic testing, but it must be with a written legal agreement of consent which Skimer does not at all obtain and it could be argued he manipulated Liguni and manipulation technically is a crime in France so that could be argued for him too
Bro really included the leaf blower tomfoolery for the false imprisonment charge. XD
AUTO also attempted to murder WALL-E, EVE, M-O, and all the regect bots when he summoned an army of SECUR-T bots to obliterate them.
The Animated Courtroom includes Samukai, Lord Garmadon, General Kozu and Overlord. Animated Courtroom turns to them: "And what will you say in your defense?". They reply in chorus, "NinjaGooooooooo!"
Make If Animation vs Minecraft Villains was charged for their crimes.
There are no Minecraft villains
@@Chriskukes there Herobrine, Purple, King Spider, Witch and King Orange!
Although Charles never got a death sentence, he’d still get one anyway
Honestly I thought hopper would have got a breaking and entering charge for entering the ant's home and maybe a kidnapping charge when he grabs and flies off with flik
I'm guessing Skinner wouldn't be charged for making Linguini drink a lot of alcohol and questions him about the rat he "hallucinates" from time to time.
@Animated Courtroom
Also, are you sure Skinner didn't get a DNA simple before his alcoholic questioning with Linguini?
Technically Hector would die again, for good, if his daughter Coco forgets him and dies, I mean it was stated by Hector earlier in the film that the inhabitants of The Land of the Dead dies when their family members and their descendants forgets them, this time for good.
6:03 Opening someone else's letter is against the law. Especially if it was posted.
Opening and stealing from someone else's letterbox risks a fine of up to €45,000 and three years in jail.
Didn't Linguini give the letter to Skinner minutes before Skinner attempted to harm Remy in the film?
6:00 I have noticed the letter in question has the name Skinner on it, so it wasn't someone else's and he shouldn't be charged a fine and 3 years of prison/jail.
@theowilds3778 Meanwhile, Skinner discovers a letter from Linguini's late mother stating that Linguini is Gusteau's illegitimate son, according to.the plot.
@@Oddballkane do you mean actual/biological son or pretending to be Gusteau's son?
@theowilds3778 so linguini doesn't know he's the illegitimate son of Gusteau. His mother had written a letter to Linguini to tell him this info. I guess the letter got sent to the restaurant instead. I used to have to open post. The only ones I couldn't were private or confidential. Sometimes businesses do that, but it's not explained in the movie.
Your honor, I want to drop all the charges on Auto for the following reasons.
1)he's cool.
Hope you consider my argument.
Hopper has met his death sentence
What if Gravity falls character were charged for their crimes
Skinner opened linguine's mail... That in of itself is a fine
Auto got death sentence, already done by manual mode.
It feels illegal to be this early-
If Captain hook was charged for his crimes
Charles techinally died. All the charges was prounded regularly. Due to him dying. So instead it would have been a death sentence.
Dedicating his death so all the charges you’ve gave him “expect for money and years” would be accurate.
I'm Sure Auto was not committing mutiny considering he was ordered to take charge by the president. And was actually acting to uphold the law he was given. So technically Auto did nothing wrong.
Then the president should be blamed
10:09 the "Munity" Got me XD
#4 any living person in the land of the dead is supposedly a major offense of some kind, not sure the word for it.
Ernesto de la Cruz would have just bribed the Mexican judge and received house arrest. That's how law works here for famous and rich people and even more during the time Coco takes place.
If star wars villains were charged for their crimes
If star trek villains were charged for their crimes
Most of the Star Wars villains are getting the death sentence.
@@theghosttm8245 yeah true
@@theghosttm8245especially Jabba the Hutt.
@@nathancruz9172 fr bro😂
For the thing where he is throwing the helmets to the ground, I think that could also be counted as either intimidation or threatening
If a dog or any animal bites you, you have a right to defend yourself. He could have stabbed Doug and he would be in the right as it would count as self defense. The tricky thing is whether you can count it as self defense as he was trying to harm the dogs owner.
With the aggravated assault with a deadly weapon could also be attempted murder or premeditated attempted murder (idk if that one is a crime 100%, but it might be) because he was about to kill Carl.
For chef skinner he would get a assault charge as well because he kicked the guy off the scooter.
15:51 why did Miguel falling off make me chuckle
Personally I think that spending nearly your whole life alone, obsessed with getting your bird, this is worse then however many life sentences
He had his dogs though
Hopper would also have a charge for traspassing in the ant colony as his first crime.
"Where's your elderly friend-" *leaf blower noise*
Wally is like a animated idiocracry
For anyone wondering what gun Charles carries, it's a British Martini-Henry
You forgot that Skinner totaled the scooter, so an additional Damage of Property Charge plus compensation (we do not know if he is insured)
Though I personally think that with a fitting psychiatric report where you argue that he was going insane, you could contest most of his charges
In Wall-E, live action humans and animated humans were used for specific reasons. The animated humans shows how much we’ve lost our way.
8:28 It'd also likely fall under invasion of privacy
"Stay off the shrooms skinne4" 💀
You make so many cool videos!!
Skinner would also be charged for property damage since the bike wasnt his
20:50 is anyone gonna ignore that amazing scene of hopper with that menacing death stare with the fire in the back-round? Because damn he looks scary
Yes yes love it ( didn't see the video yet but its gonna be good as always) more more thanks for your work
21:31 I always liked this scene when I was little, thought it was funny

So a bug is getting arrested what is he going to get little handcuffs, but I love your videos
3:44 Attempted Property Destruction With Intent to Endanger Life
The breaking and entering while mid air 😂😂😂
Auot also almost killed babies
If Decepticons (Prime) were charged for their crimes.
Skinner should be also accused of false imprisonment, when he captures Remy, don't you think?
i don't think its stalking if you are tracking your dog that someone else technically took.
5:59 thanks for saving the rat
Why is Muntz killing the other explorers only 2nd degree?
Haha Ernesto can't have *life* charges, cuz he's... y'know
DEAD
Fun fact skinners crimes all made him get a money fine
to be fair, Auto was following the orders
Pixar part 2 yay
Don't forget to give hopper Brigandage. He is a robber baren who has status over grasshoppers and ants that he got through robbery intimidation and murder. And he's gotten away with it for years, possibly decades, maybe even nearly a century.
Do a video on if thanos was charged for his crimes
For the attempts against Miguel might want to look into crimes committed against children in Mexico.
Paddington villains, please?
0:58 you could also say he threatened him but idk
Man I almost thought Skinner was in the clear cause y’know he was doing his job keeping up with sanitation of his workplace.
19:25 death… for LIFE!!!
Hopper would also be found guilty of enslavement on the ants and abuse towards those around him.
Auto was just trying to save human
I would also Charge Hopper with Attempted Regicide of Royalty because Dot is the Young Sister of Queen Atta
I don't know how to do requests to you but I was thinking
1)Bill Cipher (Gravity Falls)
2)The Core (Amphibia)
3)Mina Loveberry (Star vs The Forces of Evil)
4)Bradford Buzzard (Ducktales 2017)
5)Belos (The Owl House)
I'm interested in Belos and Mina in particular considering Belos was from the 1600s so I want to see how his crimes would be judged around his era and Mina is sort of a supreme soldier of a monarchy so...
Will look into it!
