I assume you mean the big enemy castbar. HUD Layout -> target info (the part that has the target HP) -> settings (gear icon) -> 'Display target info independently'Then you have a separate progress bar you can resize and move independently!
can i know setting graphic in game? what GPU on your PC? thanks
I run everything at max settings. CPU Intel i7-9700k/GPU Nvidia RTX 3090 (please make fun of it, it's a meme) @1440p

@@sandrodaizenga251 ah yeah, there is a tiny bit of gshade to mitigate XIV's otherwise washed out colours, but nothing dramatic

@@sandrodaizenga251 only for colour, no sharpening effects or anything like that. Some of it could be the 1440p
