The Norfolk Waterfront Jazz Festival presented by Optima Health is the area’s longest-running outdoor jazz festival and for the 39th annual edition, the festival featured a star-studded cast of some of the biggest names on the international smooth jazz scene, including Brian Culbertson, Tower of Power, and many more. The two-day festival was held Friday & Saturday, August 26 & 27, 2022 in a beautiful summertime setting at Town Point Park along the Downtown Norfolk Waterfront.
