  • Traditional Unionist Voice leader Jim Allister says the disapplication of the Rwanda plan in Northern Ireland is an “open invitation” for “unwanted migrants”.
“It’s a surrender of sovereignty over Northern Ireland, by the United Kingdom to the EU.”
This comes as a judge has ruled that provisions of the UK’s Illegal Migration Act should be disapplied in Northern Ireland, as they undermine human rights protections guaranteed in the region under post-Brexit arrangements.
Mr Justice Humphreys also said aspects of the Act were incompatible with the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR).

      @@jimbo-yv5jh what problems?
Northern ireland Court ruling last week makes it unnecessary for migrants to cross into republic from NI to avoid Rwanda flights, if any ever take off.
And uk is already taking those that did cross back,
      Love it

Northern Ireland is plagued by activist Judges and Lawyers. Dublin has a hand in this legal decision given their migration crisis, the timing is very suspicious...

The GFA is small change in the big picture now compared to the problem both Northern Ireland and the Republic faces now with an influx of sub saharan and Eastern European immigrants that is literally going to totally change Ireland in a way no one could have ever dreamed of. The EU that you seem to love so much has planned this for many years. Ireland’s culture and history will be in history’s dustbin within the next decade or so if you all don’t waken up.
