We know that Fischl and Keqing will be in Honkai Impact as permanent additions, not temporary ones like the recent Asuka event. And you can get Paimon as an accessory. Honkai character Theresa will get a Klee outfit.
So again, right now this is mainly Genshin going over to Honkai and it does not seem like Genshin players are getting anything out of this that we know about. Honkai is the older game and Genshin is more popular now, so it makes sense that Genshin would try and feed more players into the other title. Though if this goes well, it stands to reason that a crossover going the other direction could happen as well, and Genshin could release a Honkai hero, or at least some Honkai skins (when the game finally gets skins, that is). I would expect maybe Genshin will offer prizes to players who go try out Honkai.
