This is the most underrated game of all time, the helmets flying off when shot, vehicles exploding etc, amazing and well ahead of its time.

Esse jogo é excepcional e nostálgico! Tive a oportunidade de zerar em todas as dificuldades. Porém, na dificuldade “Black OP5”, só utilizava o lança granada em casos extremos para que tornasse a experiência realista e satisfatória ou prazerosa. Mas, parabéns pelo vídeo e desenvoltura no jogo, pois para zerar no “Hard” e chegar na “Black OP5” não é para qualquer um.
Nunca consegui as benditas armas de ouro 😅
Bom, ao menos era o que eu pensava, até porquê tem imagens delas né, na parte de loading e até na cinemática de entrada, a idéia era zerar tudo e consegui-las, acho que nunca try hardei tanto em um jogo como quanto foi com Black.
Só depois me dei conta de que não haviam armas de ouro era apenas luz em cima das armas hauhauahaauhaauhaah

Played this like 15 years ago and completed all four levels of the game, started playing again and brought back a lot of good memories! Plus thanks to you for doing the walkthrough it really helped, now on Blacks Ops and only two maps away, Bridge and Gulag and will have completed it, awesome!
Oh boy you are going to have a "good" time in gulag if you are playing on hard. Took me 3 days to complete in due to forking rpg guys in the end =\

This game never ages, I can remember as a kid I could not finish the graveyard level whatsoever, struggling for weeks. Had to call in my older cousin from outside of town to pass the level for me. Good times!

The only game that deserves remake
This came out shortly before the end of the PS2 cycle and I was so impressed they way they did the game . Really pushed the limits of the PS2 and showed there wasn't that much of a difference with the Xbox if you actually tried . Word of warning , I had a modded PS2 and the OS was on a memory card . Just starting the game with the OS erased it and reformatted the memory card .
This game was awesome back in the day, my mucker and I used to play it all the time when we were stuck in camp
One of my all time favorite games growing up im an average gamer i dont really do hard modes unless im comfortable with the game but playing the game on normal and even on easy was hard but ive beaten it such a great game would love for them to remaster it

@@mr.nobody5262 You gotta Unlock Black Ops Mode,but in that process, you have to finish hard mode first *Hard Mode All Missions*
but to unlock hard mode you gotta finish Normal Mode,that's how you do it, just a warning tho:it will take quite a lot of time to finish those,or if you're a skilled player you can do it kinda fast

Lovely guide! But how do you get 60 fps on PCSX2? Is there some patch I need to install? I seem to be locked to 30 fps and the only way I find to increase it is to increase the game speed.
It's a 60fps code that you add to the emulator to increase speed. this site has the code for Black and countless other PS2 games.

I have been playing this a lot over the last year and a half and have come to regard it as one of my all time favourite fps games.
If anyone remembers it's spiritual sequel Bodycount I would recommend replaying that too. Not as good as Black but worth the low price it goes for pre-owned

I think Black has the closest to modern graphics out of all the games released on PS2.
Yeah, bear in mind though this is runninng on PC through emulator, frame rate and graphics wise it was identical to watching this very video in 360P.

No modo Black Ops a munição infinita deveria ser opcional. Muitos queriam jogar em um nível extremo de dificuldade sem algo como a munição infinita, por exemplo, pra facilitar. De qualquer forma, ótima gameplay cara!!! Porque o seu céu está escuro e a iluminação está diferente? Parece ser do emulador?

Neither. Once you complete the game on "Hard Mode" you unlock the "Black Ops" level, which all guns have infinite ammo.
