They gave you 3 to try and make up for over charging you. But as a kfc employee, I can tell you, that doesn’t make up for charging you the wrong meal.
Greggo, to be honest, I think whatever takeaway food you try will be hit and miss for flavour and value. Would like to see more vids on your home cooking recipes and skills.

Let's face it, most of this takeout food is a disappointment. I live in the USA and just watch him for his reactions anyway as the food he eats is generally not available to us in the same form.

I was surprised when I saw his Carl's Jr review. I tried it in the states in LA and Atlanta(or maybe that was Wendy's), anyway it didn't look half as good in Oz compared to the USA. I was thinking of driving halfway across the city to try it but after his review I don't know if I'll bother. Another interesting point he brings up though is some chains really used to be better like Pizza Hut and KFC, coincidentally both owned by Yum brands since the downfall...

Those hairs are probably feathers which went through the fryer. As a KFC worker, I've seen feathers and stuff on wicked wings because the cooks probably didn't inspect the meat but trust me it comes worse than that, Grego.

6 / 10 seems very generous, Greggo, especially considering how that meal was just thrown together, half of the fries lying in the bottom of the box, crappy chicken pieces with feathers still on them, overcooked, dried-out chicken breast... If I had been given a meal like that, so poorly cooked and presented, I would have been complaining to KFC and asking for my money back. My score would have been 0 / 10.
You expect anything more than that from KFC, maccas or hungry jacks lol? All the food is being prepared by depressed teenagers that don't want to be there. Of course the food will be below standard 90% of the time haha. Lucky the secret chemical compounds still release sufficient dopamine giving the illusion the food is editable in the first place🤣

A normal Zinger box is $12.95, but they charged you more when they took out the bun and lettuce and sauce I recon you got ripped off.
It's $12.45 for a zinger box.
And $12.95 for naked zinger fillet box. I'd rather pay 50c more for an extra fillet than have some bread and a bit of lettuce.
2 zingers with 3 wicked wings is kinda overkill for me, bring back the pizza zinger double!

They should have put the chicken over the burner on the stove like my mother used to do. But nowadays they usually do that in the chicken factory. Someone at the chicken factory is falling down on the job.

I have considered getting the crunch burger for the cracked pepper mayo, and scraping out all the sauce and lettuce and putting it in my own wrap at home. All because they ruined the classic twister wrap! They fill it with coleslaw or Doritos now, sons of bitches!
This made me want to get KFC tomorrow, at first. That fillet looks like it's been stored and reheated. Should be juicy-tender. Under cooked and under seasoned chips too! Ruined KFC. It's junk food, not good for you, it should at least be enjoyable to eat. When I get oil soaked, old chicken from the bottom of the pile it makes me wish I'd just opened a can of baked beans. Or ordered a beef and black bean. Not getting KFC tomorrow.

You could probably draw a correlation(at the minimum) that once KFC became a major sponsor of sporting events(and the major advertising that goes with it) the quality then went down as their sales went up...

zinger fillets on their own are amazing, especially when you get the good ones, some kfc do them alot better than others.
So I take it, it depends on the intelligence of the staff at any given store?

Can be hit and miss with fast food franchises. Although nearly always a miss with ones on highways or at airports-generally horrible.
I guess I've been lucky in that regard, but it would make sense for them to be half-assed because you're driving away at over a hundred km/h and unlikely to turn back. In the words of Joe Pesci, "they fuck you at the drive-thru, the y fuck you at the drive-thru!".
