I am jealous seriously. I am 31 and I look like 40.. I think its all about the importance we give to our body, mind not just work, money and run towards something.
Besides the drastic roasting segment about Gen Z, he addressed 'mental health' in an informative and necessary manner, which is crucial for this generation. His explanation was on point well-articulated, and I hope he continues to address this topic in the future, as it could be incredibly beneficial to many.
