Fact 108! The name ISIS which stood for International Secret Intelligence Service was dropped from season 6 onwards for obvious reasons, the shows creators had a lot of merchandise for sale with the ISIS logo on it which ended up scrapped, one person admitting he had to stop wearing the hat at work because he was getting angry glares

The show was originally to be during the Cold War, but because of the usage of cell phones and the internet, the time period is unknown, and it's ambiguity is mentioned in the show.
2. Malory Archer's weapon of choice is a .44 Magnum revolver fitted with a scope and laser sight, in real life a Smith and Wesson Model 629, an updated version of the earlier Model 29, the Dirty Harry gun.
3. Krieger was apparently one of the Boys from Brazil and is apparently a clone of Adolf Hitler, but because he doesn't look anything like Hitler, it's unsure.
4. The ISIS armory contains various weapons that span between World War I to even the early 1990s. Some being the WWI Lewis Gun, the WWII Bren gun, and Gulf War M16A2s.
5. Several episodes show subtle ties to other movies, such as the shotgun in the flower box (Terminator) and Lana saying "Get Sum" from an helicopter (Full Metal Jacket).
Also the mansion in San Marcos is modeled after The Biltmore in Asheville, NC
Another fact is Pam keeps believing Harry Houdini died of AIDS. It’s mentioned twice. In S1E8: The Rock and S5E9: On The Carpet

kind of a disappointing episode. Having watched Archer, I know most of this stuff. Would have liked to hear more production details and hidden easter eggs rather than just a bunch of obvious plot and character details.

Archer was not in the Marines, he was briefly in the Army but his mother got him out before he finished basic. He doesn't recall what branch he was in, however the brief flashback scene distinctly shows an army drill sergeant and not a Marine Drill Instructor.

For the most part I dig these, but 2 things I need to add, firstly, Barry has two last names because of the fact that he seems to have 2 personalities and often refers to it in the show when talking to himself by saying Barry and other Barry and also you gotta work on your pronunciations buddy.
It would've been nicer if this video was 15 minutes longer. A lot of these could have been elaborated on further. Sometimes you just state the facts without explaining WHY they are pertinent at all.
That's the M.O. with these videos. They shove in a lot of "facts" to fluff up the list and make it reach 107. It's pretty sad, because it means you get a lot of "the director of the show/movie was x" or "this voice actor played another character in a different random unrelated thing" entries that are basically meaningless and not teaching you anything new.

Pam is extremely strong from a childhood of manual labor on a dairy farm. She is also a surprisingly effective hand to hand combatant, given that her style seems entirely self-taught and can best be described as "feral". She fought in underground fighting rings to pay her way through school, and likely killed 13 opponents along the way. She's also an excellent drift car racer (makes sense given the number of dirt roads in rural Wisconson) and races a modified Mazda RX-2. Also, I think she is the only regular character who genuinely frightened Malory with the threat of grievous physical harm (immediately following her killing of her last kidnapper by twisting and breaking his neck in front of the crew).
First off, Thanks for the Archer video. I appreciate the love of the show. I'm only half way through the video but I need to make a correction, just like many others. #38 The Ping Pong Paddle. His mother used to spank him with a wooden spoon, not a "similar ping pong paddle" In Season One, episode entitled "Scorpio" Mallory and Lana are on a plane headed for France. Lana was complaining about Cyril's relationship behavior (best described by Sterling later in the episode as a "curiously oppressive brand of love"). Mallory states "you used to complain Sterling was too emotionally distant," then states that she used to spank him with a wooden spoon. Lana follows with "Well, that would explain the ping pong paddle".
Anyways... Keep the show going!

This was pretty disappointing.
There were too many unnecessary mispronunciations and lazy research- too much reliance on the Arrested Development connections and Cyril's penis come to mind.

Krieger's first name is Algernop.
Anka is 16, not 14.
+MemeBusters I noticed that too, however maybe that's what they made them change. Like she was supposed to be 14 but FX made them change it to 16 to reflect "their" age of consent.

"tee ee see nine pistol" You don't say the letters "t", "e", and "c", you pronounce it as it's spelled, "tek".
"M one nine one one pistol" It's called a nineteen eleven, after the year 1911 when it was adopted by the US army as it's service pistol. It's such an iconic firearm that no one has to say the "m", just nineteen eleven enough lets someone know exactly what you're referring to.
