All of the motocross coaches tell you to position your feet on the pegs so that you're on the balls of your feet, but this isn't always best, especially if you're a casual trail rider who gets fatigued quickly.
Dirt bike foot position is super important for a few reasons. Having poor positioning on the pegs opens you up to knee and ankle injuries, but you'll also have less feeling and control over your dirt bike.
In this video, you'll learn the common dirt bike body position mistakes with your feet on the pegs, why you're more likely to get exhausted quicker, and how to properly position your feet on your dirt bike pegs while riding.
