To calculate A2 from my understanding the principle amount is not R40000 rather it is the R120 000-R40 000 which is R80 000 to be the principle amount as it was the amount that was withdrawn. Reference at time 24:00. Please do correct me sir if I have misunderstood or went wrong. I have a question as well. Why are you calculating for the amounts withdrawn and deposited in between separately. Shouldn't Shouldn't they be added on or subtracted from the current accumulated amount
1year = 12months half of 1year = 6months which is 0.5years So, if 3years = 36months that must mean 1year and a half must be = 18months. This means that "1.5" is actually 1.5years which is 18months ( half of 3years.) I hope this makes sense. Goodluck!
