Is it just me, I have noticed for years that when Miss Fame does make up she pouts her lips more than usual. I think it is to get a certain shape of her face. Just wondering? Miss Fame is gorgeous!
Tea i love it how she overlines her lips. It still looks so natural and not as harsh as other queens and not as fake as other makeup gurus

I thing she just choose a theme for the dragcon in general, Fame is not known for repeating always the same makeup, but the opposite, so has to be that.
