So this is it. Our last reaction video to Killing Eve ever. Thank you all for all the support over the last few years. It's honestly still so crazy to me that people actually wanted to watch us react and it's brought me so much joy to see people enjoy it.
Please let us know in the comments if you want us to react to something else. I mentioned some shows and Q&A ideas in the intro but let us know if you have any other ideas. I don't want this channel to die but I'm currently not sure what to do with it either.

I choose to believe it ended with their kiss. I’m so tired of this trope, it’s mentally & physically exhausting. Have they learned nothing from Lexa? It’s been 6 fucking years now, I still haven’t recovered & I don’t think I ever will. As if it wasn’t traumatizing enough with Clexa, now again with Villanelle & Eve? Script/screen writers, please stop telling LGBTQ+ characters that they’re not worthy of happiness unless it ends with a bullet in their backs. To the Killing Eve writers, we all need to sit down & have a nice long discussion about #buryyourgays & why it needs to stop.

Lexa literally traumatized me and Villanelle was the first character after her that I let myself love because I trusted the team. Can’t believe I was so wrong.
I’m honestly shocked that Laura didn’t do a simple Google search about LGBTQ+ endings in tv shows because that immediately would’ve shown her how homophobic and not original this is. Or maybe she did and just didn’t care lol.
@@EsmeeL It's so sad & so frustrating that when we see a moment of happiness between queer characters, you tell yourself, "they're gonna die aren't they?" It's what's been represented so much for so long, it's almost expected that we can't have anything happy. I wish they took a page out of Wayhaught's book.
Believe it or not, these reviews helped me through a really hard time in my life. Fuck that ending, but thanks for the hilarious reviews that made me feel not so alone ❤️

That ending last two minutes broke me completely but I'm living in denial and fanfic that she's alive lol I even heard that the author is going to write a book following after this finale so that's cool! Plus alot of people been going to the bridge and putting flowers down and I know I shouldn't be laughing but I really love this Fandom and they deserve more. I swear I'm currently writing out a script and a book about an estranged grandmother and granddaughter who goes on a crazy adventure to save the granddaughter's life from an ancient being that's she been attached to by an amulet and throughout the whole journey, it will focus on family, Generational Trauma, and learning to open up to the idea of love again. Plus, the grandmother is bisexual and she's finds her former female lover, who's also after the amulet

sadly i have to warn you that it's gonna take a while to accept it, i had the same reaction as yours, just speechless bc i couldn't believe the spoilers were true and none of it made sense in those last 2 minutes like WTF was that?? Then, the day after i started crying watching the cute villaneve scenes and now a week later, i still do but not like sobbing like i did before so that's a progress i guess 😭
Yeah it’s so sad for them. Their silence says A LOT about what they think about the whole thing.

i hate that they gave us the expected. how they did it, and when they did it. this could totally be a season finale, but just that? as the show's finale? so lame. they had a WAY better ending last season, even though they were going their separate ways, u could have added a literal second of them doing ONE step towards each other when they turned around, and then cut to black, symbolizing that they got together at the end.
Honestly it’s just terrible writing overall. It’s so clear that Laura never understood the characters and it seems that she just wanted to shock the audiences without doing any research and caring what this does to people. It’s sad really
Oh man, yeah I had a delayed cry, I was in shock even though I expected it. I remember my very first reaction too was Eve was not even going to attempt to swim back to shore.

Ann Lister did die years before Ann Walker irl so it might have a sad ending. But it's written way better than the last two seasons of Killing Eve so far

I keep being surprised how few people seem to have read the original books that have a very, very different ending. It clearly is not a series that exactly follows the books. It's an adaptation, but I will NEVER comprehend why the script writers by and large followed the essential themes of the novels and then, without any need, completely turn the ending on it's head. Is it the "killing your gay" trophe? Were the books too political? Did they consider it disturbing that the two women did not manage to take down the world's largest conspiracy and instead even were utilized by them and made things worse? In the last book a shady Russian general, with the help of V&E basically was like Villabelle's Roman Centurion, who became Emperor and powerful beyond imagination. He imho is the books' pendant to Carolyn. With that in mind I can imagine that Villanelle's death was staged. After V had finished off The Twelve she looked at E and cried, like she knew what was going to happen, that she was going to inflict incredible pain on her beloved and be separated from her for quite a while. Which would follow the books. And Carolyn would take control of the networks and resources of The Twelve for good, which could have been her plan from the very beginning of the show. In retrospect there were so many hints, but perhaps all that was dropped along the road. Anyway -- I like to believe it, and it is well within the scope of this twisted story line.

I was wondering if you had seen Jodie in her brilliant play PRIMA FACIE. I was lucky to get a ticket for her performance at the Harold Pinter theatre in London's west-end, and it was the most spectacular piece of Acting I have ever seen. Jodie was breathtaking. The play has been distributed across Europe for people to watch it in cinemas. If you have seen it Esmee i would love you to put a reaction on u tube. The show focuses on her story of her long term relationship with a female aristocrat. The couple moved in together, went travelling across Europe together and got married!
