I'm a big fan, the details that you drop in are just superb. If I may I'd like to offer a technical tip... where you drill pilot holes for the fuel tank platform... I have made excellent little long-reach drills from stiff servo rods with the tips flattened like a screwdriver and then filed to a point on the other axis. They allow for very long reach, accurate drilling of perpendicular pilot holes as long as the tip is located BEFORE the 'drill' starts to rotate. I have a 1mm and a 2mm both about 5 1/2".
Keep it up sir, you are an inspiration.

hi! quick question! what rx receiver are you using? I recently bought a almost ready great planes 27% extra 330 with a dle 55 ra and all savox servos with only 2 flights but has no rx and a wierd chip board and a adjustment screw on the board on the elevator since it has 2 servos one on each side. its my first gas plane and im trying to set it up right!

I always used Spektrum Powersafe receivers in my giant scale planes.

    Hi from England.
Which flies better? Top Flite P51 or P47?
    Thx

The P47 will win that contest every time. It is probably the best-flying warbird airframe ever made and that translates to the model as well.

Great video on the problems with this P51 ARF. Sounds like it's NOT much of an ARF with all the work you had to do! I have an E-Flite 68" ARF DHC2 Beaver and had to do NOTHING to make parts fit! They fit together like a glove. Only fitting I had to do was extras I ADDED. I'm not into planes that big, if i were, I would NOT purchase this one!
