I think the height difference between page and Santos boosted the power of the knee compared to Askren
and masvidal. People are also so quick to overlook that Askren (despite not being able to throw strikes) is as tough as a brick. He got pile-driven upside down onto his skull by Lawler and still came back to win.
He was a world champ in both bellator and onefc over many years where he faced loads of world class strikers.
The *SOUND* of that knee landing literally sounds like a watermelon dropped on concrete. And the results were exactly the same. Caved in his forehead in the most literal sense.

There are literally *THOUSANDS* of examples of his x-rays and the famous picture of him after the fight with the huge dent in his forehead. Had the knee hit the jaw, Santos would have been unconscious instead of falling to the floor and *CLUTCHING HIS FOREHEAD IN AGONY.* A little Googling before cocksure posting can save you this type of embarrassment due to ignorance in the future.

My respects to Page, he is one of the few fighters who does not finish the opponent when he is on the ground. He knows when enough is enough and is confident in his ability to throw it back on the ground if necessary. THIS IS HOW TRUE PROFESSIONAL FIGHTERS FIGHT. EXCELLENT!!!!!!!
