Oh Penny, and Howard, how awful, I’m so so sorry this has happened to you, lovely people, this Revolut bank should legally reimburse when a transaction is proven to be fraudulent, Scammers are disgusting people! It makes me sad when good honest people like yourselves get ripped off!

Oh my dears ,why do bad things always happen to good people ? I am so sorry you are going through this - as if you didn't have enough to cope with . Speaking as one who has been scammed out of a large amount myself it does make you feel sick and it made me feel like I was stupid and useless for believing the swines that did it to me. I sincerely hope that you get your money back, and if no help is forthcoming perhaps one of those people who have newspaper columns where they investigate companies who have dealt poorly with their customers and get their money back for them might be an idea.I am thinking of you both xx

Sorry to here about husband money come out is account go on phone access his email on your phone get your daughter to access hie email they are nasty these people I think they need to my security on these accounts I think the banks should contact people before the change on your account you should contact lawyer if get legal advice or citizen advice you should contact the financial ombudsman everyone should about resoulate I feel for you and Howard I hope get justice
