Procrastination and scrolling on social media was my biggest biggest pet peeve back in 2022, I was caring what others were doing and always wondering what’s going on on social media, so those are bad habits for me. My good habits for me would be to fix my credit, be fast at every moment snd have better routines and hobbies

I used to be ripped man, 4% body fat and it’s like I can’t stop eating and I’m afraid to go the gym. It’s like I can’t stay consistent with anything any more. I know all I have to do is tell myself no but I’ve been trying that for the last year now it’s just tuff asl and idk what to do anymore. But I will try to do what I learned here and come back with hopefully better results

Baller, Shot Caller.. example for punks from my life, i used to smoke a lot, still do but in order to smoke i gotta buy Cigrattes pack everytime.. a pack in NYC cost 15 , i take 2 from it and throw 18 in Toilet and flush it... in that case i still do it but 2 cigs in 3 day aint that bad, before i used to smoke 10 a day.. crazy but it works but i lose money and gain health..
