In pokemon journeys ep 89, the existence of multiverse was confirmed by the battle of dialgia and palkia. Giratina was making dimensions bigger than poke universe and has antimatter. Space is an infinite concept and it includes infinite universes and one breathe of palkia makes it more stable. Dialgia can stop time and reverse it at his will. Arcues neat them in his BASE form without 5 PLATES. And in a poke game, darkrai was just gonna trap the whole poke multiverse into darkness which is an infinite void. Arcues is stronger than even darkrai. So arcues is high hyperversal.
