    The 2019 Ridgeline is now in stock. The '19 is considered a "carry-over" vehicle in that not many changes have been made from the 2018 model. However, little adjustments like sliding rear windows, USB ports and moon roofs were added to lower trim levels.
    The 2019 Ridgeline seats 5 passengers comfortably. Both 2WD and AWD versions are available on the Sport model, RTL and RTL-T (Touring). The RTL-E (Elite) and Black Edition only offer AWD. All Ridgeline models feature the same 6-speed Automatic transmission with 3.5 L V-6 engine.
    All AWD Ridgelines have Honda's Available Intelligent Variable Torque Management™ (i-VTM4) AWD System. It offers 4 driving modes: Normal, Snow, Sand and Mud. The Ridgeline's MPG is 19/city, 26/hwy for 2WD models and 18/city, 25/hwy for AWD models (Based on 2019 EPA mileage ratings. Use for comparison purposes only. Your mileage will vary depending on how you drive and maintain your vehicle, driving conditions and other factors).

    I love my Ridgeline 2019, this my first new car I bought since I have my used 1996 toyota 4runner. And seat compartment I put my fishing rods and the back compartment in the bed is the most genius storage I used it as a cooler and my catch inside. I was about to buy the 4runner 2018 but I use more in highway than out door.

    It will be interesting to see if Honda changes the style of the Ridgeline to make it look more aggressive.That seems to be the main sticking point that puts off alot of potential buyers.

      People should be more concerned with function, capability, value, drivability, longevity...and the list goes on rather than whether it looks like its ready to go full combat mode in a street fight... why exactly does it have to look "Aggressive" ...I'm not trying to be difficult, but I've read the same thing in other comments ... just wondering why it seems people need their vehicles to look like they want a fight?

    The description of the AWD is off quite a bit. It does appropriate most of the power to the front wheels in most cases, but does not send power to the back after slip. The AWD is always active and reacts before slip happens. Its a full time AWD system.

    Two questions. First , Nice video. As to the Ridgeline, what's the length and width of rear bed? Finally, does Honda manufacture a closure unit that covers the bed? Thanks!!

    • @Uhonda
      @Uhonda  Před 4 lety

      Bed dimensions are approx 64" by 60", so essentially 5 ft x 5 ft. And Yes, Honda makes a tri-folding hard tonneau cover for the Ridgeline!

  • @travelinben1966
    @travelinben1966 Před 5 lety +1

    Really nice vehicle.My guess,based on all the feedback I’ve read about it,is that Honda will address the main complaint of it looking too much like the Pilot or Odyssey in the front.They’ll probably re-style the front end making it look a little more “aggressive.”

    I hear that the rear doors do not open wide enough, but I have not actually viewed one to know if that is correct or not. The one I saw on a parking lot last night looked wider than your average car.
    I hope to have my wife consider such when she trades off our Honda CRV when it gets paid off in the future. She is not a truck person, but this is like a car in so many ways that she may just go for it.

    • @Uhonda
      @Uhonda  Před 4 lety

      Maybe some car doors open wider, but both our owner and GM drive Ridgelines and they say they're able to get everything in they need like car seats, dog stuff, gear, etc.

  • @rwfowler100
    @rwfowler100 Před 4 lety

    The rear doors do not open 90 degrees like the did on the first generation Ridgeline. Not too smart as you load large items with the seats up. I did see a CZcams video fix.
