- Today's Core Fusion workout will work deep in your core and add variety to your at home workouts. The Pilates ball will enable you to access your deep core muscles, help you improve your posture by challenging your stability to your movements and create more length in the body. The mini ball is one of my favorite pieces of equipment to work the core. Be prepared to be energized from head to toes and feel the deep abdominal burn!

Wow I'm always amazed when those deeper muscles are activated. Still getting use to turning them on. This slow movement does it! I can feel the tremor as they strengthen.😮 Thanks for this Michelle and Crew❣️

woah i really felt my glutes and quads in this one and then that’s when i could remember you saying before how those muscles are connected to the core as well! this was just the right amount of relaxing and i definitely felt the burn in some movements! finishing everything off with an indoor walk and i’ll be off to work in a few minutes. feeling a bit discouraged because my doctor’s office called and said my thyroid levels are low again. they’ve been changing my dosages and right now the scale is spiking on me due to what i think is extra water retention. thyroid controls so much of my metabolic function. i know i’m doing the right things with your amazing workouts but the symptoms of
hypothyroidism are making me sluggish and my body feels so bloated. hoping everything works out soon

This was so good, a little tough, but I tried my best. The last workout I did with a pilates ball I had lot of trouble with it popping out, so I went and but the one you linked to and this was my first time using it, and it was so much better. Thank you for another fantastic workout ❤❤❤!!!!!
