It looks to me that she is talking to Joe, because then Jack makes a hand motion almost like he’s saying “don’t worry about her” or “she’s just drunk” .. something along those lines.

It just sounds like she’s saying “Fukc you, I could be your mom”, to Joe, and Jack then possibly said something to Joe like “she’s just drunk, ignore her.” Or something. None of it seems hostile, especially towards or from Jack S. He seems normal here, and Joe seems the target of her sassy words.
Speculation still, maybe Joe said to prompt her “I could be your dad” to her.
Regardless it sounds like harmless shit talking banter, between a drunk girl and a sober guy, or two sassy opinion speaking types. IMO.

The same guy that lives in the house right behind the girls, the same guy that was kicked out of the fraternity for being a creep, the same guy that was kicked out of the bar earlier that night for harassing girls, the same guy that has a multiple personality disorder when drunk, the same guy that hunts using a large knife as seen in his online posts of the kills, the same guy that drove 5 hours to go to his parent's hunting cabin right after the murders, the same guy that looked offended on the food truck video after the girls ditched him, the same guy that never ordered food at the food truck. but ran off after he was ditched by the girls, the same guy who has now fled to Africa without even completing his classes for the semester, etc., etc.
