The only two mods I can think of, that would improve it a bit more is: An 8 inch LED light bar mounted on top of you helmet visor (bright light where ever you look), and a drop down tail gate, for your BBQ grill, and ice chest, when having friends over.
I have most of these, no windshield but hand guards heated grips and throttle also seat ( under my custom seat cover), I do need bumpers haven’t found what I like. I have orange halos in front they are awesome! It came with rock lights underneath. New SUNF tires and a soft storage pack on the back, most your list completed!
My tips.. storage box, good mud tires, winch. After that a rad relocate so doesn't clog up with mud and overheat. Overheating is a big problem.
I agree 100% those are the must haves. I’m getting the rad relocate this week. I also added a 2 inch lift.
Will the lock a ride box and other accessories work with the 2016 sportsman 570? It has a plastic back rack but looks different, I do have the rear rack extender.
Besides a snorkel kit how do you prevent water from splashing into the belt intake? I looked at Can am and they a have splash guards. My wife went over a few puddles and got water in her belt intake.
Any suggestions for the muffler? Mine is already rusted out it’s a 2020 never taken in the water. Doesn’t make any sense
The stock tires are 26" but measure 25". What is the true max tire height for a 21 touring 850 as the passenger floor boards seem to be the limiting factor?
I want bigger but don't want to be rubbing on the bumps.
how did you fit the rear storage unit on there with the rails still in place? Did you drill the 3/8" holes about 1" behind where the marks are on the storage unit? Please advise......thanks
How does a better hitch work with the body armor bumper system?
The rear storage boxes would be great but the ones polaris offer are soo expensive
Could the rear boxes be used as coolers? Obviously not the speaker version, but still.
They actually offer a rear lock and ride that’s a cooler, I have this Rockford fosgate one and we load it with beers all the time, also, the sound from it is honestly unbelievable, you literally can’t heart the quad while you’re driving it it’s so loud.
How much extra weight with the Armour and bumpers?
Love the comments about tires. But why don't you offer the optional tire/wheel packages WITHOUT having to buy the standard wheels and tires? I don't need 2 sets for the new machine I ordered!
I have a question. On your website the utility package doesn't appear to be compatible with the rear rack extender. But in the video it looks like you have the metal rear rack and the extender. Does that mean that they are compatible?
Hi Matthew - yes, the rack extenders are compatible with the rear metal rack!
All the new ones come with skid plates? I have yet to see any of the 21s come with them. My 2 sure didn’t.
Having bought a winch for my 450 can I still replace the cable with synthetic? Can I also add the winch remote later on?
You can definitely replace with synthetic! The remote will only work with Polaris HD winches.
I highly recommend the upgraded front rack. It keeps the plastic from bowing on 2021 sportsman 570
I added 2 more straps on the inside curved bit by the fuel tank hump. And 2 bolts to the lid. Latches much tighter. I do have the full rack now too
No synthetic line we got our side x side stuck and all it did was sanp
Just bought the rapid rope 3500 winch my only complaint is the directions are rly confusing other then that it is great
Why do you need a rear rack extender if you have the storage box? Can't use it when the box is there.

Got to have those warmers to my -21 model. Why in these u.s models lightswitch and 4x4switch are the same then in 1999? In our european models they are different looking. Also we have led lights standard.
I have a 2021 polaris 570 sportsman inner half of the belt case seal has failed the rubber is rotten at only 1800 kms is this common

There wasn’t much of a skid plate when I bought my 2021 450. I had to purchase the skid plate through Polaris and install myself. Also the Polaris leds aren’t very bright.
We used our sportsmans for work, land surveying, and the wind shield/fairing is a must. They not only protect from the wind but most of the time we were in the trees there were no trails so they kept rose bushes, briars, honey suckle, etc. off of you. Mirrors are nice but didn't last long going through the brush. Now using Ranger Northstars. The heat is the way to go.
what kind of tire brand is it?
I definitely noticed about a 10% power increase on my 850 after I installed handguards. 😁

I am waiting on my first Sportsman 570 Trail. I have seen where the Belt exhaust needs to be modified due to the location. Any thoughts on that?
We recommend vehicles as they come from the factory!
I fully agree this is a huge overlook during R and D.
I finally got it and I love it. Power steering take a little to get use to since I've never had it. But man is this thing smooth. I am going through the break-in period bit have really enjoyed it so far.
If I was you go ahead and take off your clutch cover and check the seal. Went on a ride today belt started slipping, removed the plug drained it. Got home and took it apart to see how bad I smoked my belt and about half the seal was not installed properly
What size wheel and tires are on that 4wheeler looks like a 450 sportsman

Depends on where your at but I just got my 2021 Polaris sportsman 450 ho utility edition for around 7600 after all said and done
The ATV in the video is the SPORTSMAN 450 H.O. and starts at $6,499 US
Could have got a king quad 750 axi in 2016 for that price.

Forgot one of the most important thing, arm guards. No protection of the drive shafts!
Fix the crappie front storage lid it don’t seal new atv just finished this June. Why did Polaris take away rear under seat storage? The outlet for the clutch just comes out to a big opening , great engineering to sell more belts. Honestly for a top 10 list u took about 30 minutes that I can’t get back. Wear men’s jeans and lay off the soy milk!
Heated grips/thumb are my number one addition. Handlebar mirrors are second, no need/use for a windshield. Thank you.

I would say I have a pretty clean scrambler I have the led light kit I have halo I have 2 led bars that make it look nice and not to much
I wish someone would do a preview of the audio box haven’t seen a single video of it. Even all the install videos don’t show what it sounds like.
Gun rack in the front is definitely a good one to have for being on the farm/ hunting

Windshields are a waste of money, they scratch up in no time. I prefer a closed faced helmet and a heavy parka during winter.

I was very upset when I purchased the body armor bars for the sides for my 1000 XPS only to find that they don’t fit that vehicle had to send them back what a dumb ass

Battery relocation putting the battery in the rear fender where it used to be instead of in the front of the frame near the drive shaft where the drive shaft if it breaks it'll take out your battery
