Inside the museum dedicated entirely to shoes

They're often the last item of clothing we don, but no outfit is complete without a great pair of shoes. For the first time, annual spending on shoes is expected to pass $400 billion. In Canada, a museum studies shoes throughout their ages and across the world, helping visitors understand just how much of a role footwear has played in human history. CBS News' Dana Jacobson has more.

I visited the Bata shoe museum back in 2019. It was surprising to see that some of the shoes that looked really modern, had predecessors going back decads.

A couple of years ago I had a pair of classic Charles Jordan's with a disco ball on the front during the 1970s.
I danced in Studio 54 with them back in a day and I couldn't find a museum to donate them too. So I just donated them. To the local thrift store.😢
