@@burdfamfpv I got very lucky, I got a warning and they are saying if they catch me flying again at my home, they will fine me anywhere from $1,000 upward to $2,000. I told them I didn't know, I'm fully deaf, I didn't know anything about FAA rules, so they gave me a warning and I never do that again. But I do still fly everywhere else no problem. I fly with 5 inches with 03 system. But I do have 250sub I never have issue with my 250sub, but I got first and last warning with my 5 inches. I don't want it happens to you. I heard some pilots got fined without warning, but I think I got away with it cuz one I didn't know about FAA rules at that time, and 2 that I'm deaf fpv pilot... BUT I don't think my deafness have nothing to do with this, just that I didn't know anything about FAA rules at that time, I think that's reason why they gave me a warning.
