❤ ध्यान की अवस्था में जो सुकून शांति और आनंद है कहीं नहीं। लगता है ऐसे ही बैठे रहें। केवल एक ही चीज में मगन होकर बैठे रहने से मस्तिष्क और शरीर मानो गायब रहते हैं। सारे तनाव तकलीफ इन्ही मस्तिष्क और शरीर के हैं जो ध्यान ही अवस्था में हैं ही नहीं, इसलिए तनाव तकलीफ भी नहीं होते। बहुत बहुत ज्यादा शांत अनुभव होता है ध्यान का। बहुत शांत।

There are *NO* sub-divisions of Christianity. You're either a disciple of Christ or not. A Christian is someone who follows God's word, not a religion. Who obey the Father and follow his will; not man's nor their own heart's. Unless you keep Jesus' commandments, think not the Holy Spirit will dwell within you!
