Hi Tushar, We do not need to show any kinds of funds (living expenses, etc), if your parent's yearly income is more than $62,000. We also need to submit our ITR (Computation sheet) for the last three financial years to support the claim. Btw I am also coming to Australia (FEB 2024). I got admission in Monash University for the course (Master in International Relations and Master Of Journalism).

@@miftahuljannatnashita4298 Yea Sure, Actually i applied in Monash University through IDP. My counsellor told me that I have to show approx. (20+ lakhs) which includes living cost for 1 year + travel expenses (NOTE: Accomodation cost is not included) in our bank account. There is a alternate way as well, if your parents ITR (income tax return - it basically means yearly income based on which tax is calculated) is more than (38 lakhs), for the last three consecutive financial years in that case it is not required to any kind of funds. Personally in my case my father maintained a strong ITR profile approx (1CR+) so in my case i didn’t had to show any kind of funds in my bank account. There are many cases where people have very large amount of cash in hand. But it doesn’t work because that is basically black money and it's illegal to show it as a source of fund to Australian authorities. If you do not have a strong ITR profile it narrows down the chances of you getting a visa. And please multiply all the costs that are given in Australian dollar by 57 as mentioned by Australian authorities.

Genuine Student Test ka Matlab ha apko eik call ayega Apka Immigration sa and they would get to know why you are going to Australia and you have to prove that you would study there. You won't change your Course. You would be a full-time Student
