किसानको छवि यहाँका चित्रकारले जस्तो कोर्छन, कविले जस्तो बोल्छन् चलचित्र नाटकमा जस्तो देखाउँछन् समाजको आँखाले जस्तो कल्पना गर्छन् त्यो सबै ध्वस्त पार्दै छन् यी युवा । किसानी कुनै दरिद्र र कमजोर पात्र होइन । झुत्रो मैलो फाटेटालेको लुगा लगाउने आवाज दवाएर बोल्ने दुर्वल किसान होइन । अबको किसान यस्तो हुनुपर्छ । आजका युवाले किसानी पेशा सम्हालेर छिटै नै किसानको पुरातन दिनहिन छवि मेटेर एक नयाँ युगको सुरुवात गर्ने यस्तै युवा हुन् । हेरौं यी युवाको कर्म ।
The image of the farmer is painted by the painters here, the words spoken by the poets are shown in the movies and dramas.The farmer is not a poor and weak character. He is not a weak farmer who wearing dirty clothes. Now the farmer should be like this.Today's youth are the ones who will soon start a new era by taking up the profession of farmer and erasing the old-fashioned image of a farmer. Let's see the deeds of these young people. #nepaltoday

Great job guys, keep it up. I like your vegetable basket concept. Kindly follow my humble suggestions below to ensure the sustainability of your farm and your business.
1. Please continue to grow organic as you are doing, and kindly minimize the use of plastic wrappings in veggies during selling. The plastic wrappings ultimately end up in our food chain sooner or later, while clogging up drains and water outlets in the process. Instead, try to redesign the basket with a thin cover or you could also use leaf cover (our traditional Nepalese Tapari)
2. Conserve biodiversity and promote soil health by maximizing the use of compost and farmyard manure.
3. Try green manuring for fixing atmospheric nitrogen in the soil. Also, intersperse your crop with legume vegetables to improve nitrogen uptake by plants while improving soil quality.
4. Practice crop rotation to minimize pest and disease infestation in crops.
5. Think of sequestering more carbon into the soil by practicing compost making using biodegradable waste, mycorrhizae fungi, vermicomposting and Hügelkultur. Also, minimize the burning of biodegradable waste locally. Instead compost the waste.
6. Try to promote indigenous open-pollinated local vegetable cultivars instead of hybrids only. Many of our local crop varieties and landraces may go extinct sooner if we do not conserve those.
7. Have one or two beehives nearby for promoting cross-pollination and increase in yield.
8. Focus on quality, rather than quantity.
9. Motivate your nearest Agrovets not to sell or push chemical pesticides to farmers.
10. Help other farmers and younger generations to follow in your footsteps.
