    I was demotivated after my first attempt in 2023. I was very near to quit . I took the wrong optional which will definitely cost 2 attempt . But I'm ready to give my best in this attempt in 2024 . Thanks for being a ray of hope that it's never to late to achieve your goal.

      Hi, For UPSC There is no need to Know the advanced English. Simple English is Enough. First Read the NCERT Books . If you understand the Terms & Meaning then no issues. Start to Read the English Newsapaper & Understanding the terms in it. Practice these Day by Day. Gradually, Your English is Improve. Don't worry, Be confident. Finally, Start to speak in English with your Friends. This Practice should improve your Speaking skills in high manner. All The Best. Thank you.

      So true, that’s why caste system should be erased in India by including prefixes and suffixes of castes to their names and then everyone should be given equal opportunities as per their knowledge.. Hope people who are against reservation accept this 😂. I really wonder how such dumb people who are not even aware of why reservation are given to certain classes are preparing for UPSC 🤔

    I would say such people are wrong choice for IAS, for the posts held by IAS demands intelligent people rather than hard workers. In IAS career a situation mostly will not repeat. Every occasion will be surrounded by new inputs.

      If IAS demands intelligent ppl, then why is UPSC allowing to give many attempts instead of one single attempt? Its ok if ur not congratulating her.. Dont be foolish

    • @rajendranv2582
      @rajendranv2582 Před měsícem

      @@mohanapriyam1940 It is not UPSC deciding the limitation on attempts, age limit, reservation and the like matters. In 80s during Rajiv Gandhi's time the max age was reduced to 26 from 28 and number of attempts brought down to 2 from 3. These are all political decisions.
      You may study the evolution of civil services in India from Mugals onward. Major changes brought in during Britishers time. They introduced system of selecting talents through examination. Intially limited to Europeans, but later subjects of colonies were also allowed but had to write the exam at London. Age for Asians were kept as 22 and for Europeans it was 19. And lot many changes came in.
      Coming to the necessity for intelligent people to hold higher post in running government in a democratic country, we should understand the key of the nation is in their hand. We can learn that the government of India act1935, many other acts were formulated by ICS only. In the early decades after independence many flawless acts and rules were formulated by IAS. But after, say 1965 formulating such flawless acts and rules became rare except RTI.
      We encountered many natural calamities, succumbing many in our country- union carbide issue, bhuj earth quake, tsunami, flood etc. when tsunami hit us in 2005, leaders of many nations were sympathetic to us due to our inability to take care our citizen, We can check the reason for 2018 Kerala flood.
      Further our development activities, a road developed today will be demolished tomorrow for some improvement.
