- GWRRA TOP GUN Ricky Scales, 2015 Montevallo Meltdown Pro Class. The Montevallo Meltdown is an open riding competition hosted by the Alabama Motorcycle Safety Program in Montevallo, AL. They set up and help train riders advanced riding skills with courses set up at beginner, novice, expert, and pro skill levels. Each course will have multiple rider coaches available to assist. This event generally occurs in March.

The ST is certainly more than capable. It'll turn inside the wing by about a foot. They are great bikes. I have been looking for a used one for a while to purchase as a a second bike. Just have not found the right one. Thanks for the comment.

first or second gear?
Second gear. Allows you to be much smoother. Can do it in first but it’s a lot more work and not any faster. Less forgiving.
@@Stinger-ng5mr I agree with second gear. At first gear doing a u-turn from stop-start is very tricky. When moving off in second gear, it's easier.
