25 is too much for that indeed. But 25 could not do what you just mentioned. I know because I am building as I speak with a family member doing some of the stuff for me at waay lower price than market.. and it still cost a lot ... . Also remember ro factor in the land cost, which is not cheap either

The top of the cabinets and closets are not extras sto😅rage it's the top. For a new building why are so many pipes not conceiled . Same poor finish at the ones in portmore . The sewer pipes are also on the surface in portmore. Kemteck needs to do better.

It is what it is and it’s not what I’m pleased with, I get it to sell on behalf of my client, who bought it as is and is selling it back to someone who wants it as is. My feelings towards the property has no bearings on what I’m hired to do. With that being said a little imagination can elevate this property to new heights. My good friend @chantierconstruction can turn this place into a palace

Don't believe me, samething happened in Canada and Canadians who said the samething in 2010 when it was $300,000 Canadian for a house. They trying to blame the government because the allowed all these foreigners and investors to buy up the houses and drive up the price.
One thing about Jamaica, the government will not step in and help so we are stuck with what it is

I don't think the builder sold this for $25M. This property was purchased and the owner is flipping after some time, maybe a year or so and they are flipping at a higher price than purchase price. The owner bought but never lived in it.

I had my 2 bedroom house with kitchen and bathroom and a nice patio and rent it for 1 hundred dollars usa.And the lady gave me a hard time to pay rent. Now this house is $80,thousands dollars that's triple the cost.
