I love Douma, very very much. I know he's a villain, but I don't care. I've liked a lot of villains and he's my most favorite. I also know he became a demon because he's bored but so what? Even if he doesn't have feelings, there's no denying his past. Some people in the fandom make me feel so bad that they can forgive the demon(a few times
including Muzan) just because they have emotions and hate Douma just because he doesn't have emotions? Like that "He had a bad past but he doesn't feel it so it's normal" it make I feel extremely bad. You can hate a certain character but all characters deserve respect. (I don't forbid you to hate him, I not forbid you to hate anyone so don't take my word and anti him!!) [And my language is not English so forgive me if it's strange!]

The “isn’t that too far” sorta shook me, cause I know about the lore and how Douma killed both Kanae and Shinobu, leaving Kanao without her sisters, but the others don’t know that.
To me, If I had lost my sister to Douma, there is no force strong enough to keep him from facing my fury. There is no punishment to overkill for doing that to someone. But, nobody else in the room knows what happened. They weren’t in the room where it happened, so of course it would seem overkill.
This was a great reaction, I just wish we got more Giyuu angst, (Sabito, Losing his Sister, feeling like he’sna fake Hashira and such)

"he didnt feel anything" doesnt that make it even sadder? he went through so much and he was unable to feel anything about it. how fucked up does your story have to be that you can only feel emotions after death? as the saying goes, it's better to have loved and lost than to never have loved at all. he had nobody in his entire life, not one positive person who could've at least freed him from a toxic environment so he could at least attempt to be a better person. he literally spent his whole life being a cult leader because he felt like it was his duty to please the pitiful humans when he could've just wandered off or abandoned them. he spent his whole life doing stuff he never wanted to do. it probably never occurred to him that he could have just walked away. chosen his own path. he didnt choose to become a demon, muzan found him and turned him anyway.
