Ingredients and its quantity required for பலா போளி | பலாப்பழ போளி | Poli | Jackfruit Poli | Sweet Poli | Fruit Poli | Home made Poli :-
For Dough:
All purpose Flour 300 gm
Salt 1 pinch
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Water 180 ml
Oil 4 tbsp
For Pooranam:
Jackfruit 300 gm
Ghee 4 tbsp + 2 tbsp
Grated Coconut 30 gm + 50 gm
Jaggery 150 gm
Cardamom Powder 1 tsp
